There are lots of good Universities in USA for various engineering courses and that's a nice thought for making a decision and choosing a country like USA, going for further studies. As you can go through many websites, USA has got so many high ranked universities in its list.
Some of them are:
1. University of Massachusetts.
2. San Diego State University.
3. Colorado State University.
4. California University and many more.
You can google some US colleges where you can find your suitable subject and start applying and yes, please do start preparing for GRE and TOEFL. Without scoring in these two, you cannot apply in any colleges of USA. I hope you understand and start preparing.

Civil engineering is a booming industry. Transport engineering is some of the more in-demand areas now. It is honestly not easy for international students to get a job abroad. If you have the right skills, I don't see any reason why you will not get a job. US is no doubt quite competitive, they also have strict rules for international students. Choose the right course and country, work hard on your academics, improve your networking and communication skills and make best use of every opportunity. This might all sound philosophical but that is the way it works right. US, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore are some of the best known countries for civil engineering.

If you are planning to be a faculty in US, you must first decide which state you want to settle down in. Each state has its own credential requirements. Apart from the academic qualification you must meet the state specific requirements as well. Some of the requirements may include a teacher preparation program and completion of certain university level programmes in education. Additionally IELTS or TOEFL exams would be required. This will be informed to you by the respective state authorities responsible for recruitment of international applicants. The entire process might take a year or two so start researching and applying.

Hi Kalrav, both US and Canada are great choice. You must decide your course of study as per your long term plans either you opt for a masters which will lead to a more research oriented career or, you may take up a graduate certificate course which are mostly co-op and vocational or professional courses. For admissions into USA for masters you must take the GRE but it is not required for other countries. Other popular destinations for IT are Netherlands, Finland, Switzerland, Singapore, Australia, and Denmark. Visit websites of some of the popular universities in each of these countries, read through the admission requirements, check the fees, make note of the living expenses and choose the place most suitable to your requirements and profile. All F1- student visa holders are eligible to apply for a OPT (Optional Practical Training) after studies. The OPT allows you to stay in USA for a year during which you can work but in a related to your field of study. STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) graduates are eligible for a 17 month extension.
As an MBA graduate, if your competent enough your employer will grant you H1 B visa which is initially for three years and can be extended for 6 years. Please remember that you must be ready to face a lot of competition. Excellent performance in academics, outstanding communication and networking skills would be mandatory.

Options for online + campus PsyD is limited. It is important but not mandatory that your degree Clinical Psychology Online program is American Psychological Association (APA) accredited. The online programs from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Argosy University and Northcentral University are internationally known and do not even require an APA accreditation.
Please note that The Fielding Graduate University in California is the only online psychology school to hold APA accreditation. Few other options you can check include Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, Saybrook University and University of the Rockies.
