Dear Rohan, Germany is the ideal and number one for mechanical engineering. Your grades are slightly less competitive for Germany hence I would recommend you take the GRE. Additionally knowledge of German language will really help.

First thing you have to decide which country you wanted to go and study. The factors which you have to consider are Duration, cost ,part time job earnings and stay back options. Dear Rebel, you may find options in Germany and Poland. Though not completely free, fee is very less compared to US and even UK. If you have a meritorious profile you can avail scholarships as well.

when you have decided to go to US for studies you should plan according to your budget. if your percentage is high you can get up to 50% scholarships available. you also have to do IELTS and claim 3 lakhs scholarship from British Council

you can take information management . you have many it related management courses. Even networking ,multimedia related courses you can take.
