Many universities in the USA offer scholarships based on academic merit or other criteria. However, such scholarships are limited in number and highly competitive. There are many universities which will offer partial scholarships to help make their program more attractive for international students (and help reduce the overall cost). You should pursue more detailed research online or talk to a local agent about available options.

You first of all need to confirm the Curricula Practical Training (CPT) policy of the university in the USA. If they do not allow CPT, then you will not be able to seek any time of employment during your studies. Upon completion of your studies, you may be eligible to pursue Optional Practical Training (OPT), but again this will be dependent on the policy of the school. An F1 visa does not directly provide a pathway to US residency, but if you find an employer sponsor for OPT, they may be willing to sponsor you for a H1B visa.

Hi Ankita,
Going by your GRE score it will be wise if you choose a country not requiring a GRE score. Hence, Australia, NZ and UK would be ideal for you and you will also have plenty of options for your desired area of study. Also these countries are not as expensive as US and Canada.
As an international student you will also be eligible to study and work for 2-3 years in Australia and NZ. You may also try applying to a few Canadian Universities, which also allows post study work permit but check the admission requirements before applying.
Among US or Australia is a better option but the final decision is always yours.
Good Luck!

Hi Sumit,
It will depend on the diploma. Generally, most universities require an application to be made through UCAS which allows you to apply to up to 5 universities across the UK. The UCAS website features a lot of useful information for International students so I recommend that you take a look. For most UK universities you will need a UKVI IELTS with a minimum of 6.0 plus your previous academic transcripts, references and a personal statement.
There is an option of making your application through an education agent, most UK universities work with education agents and you should be able to find which one on the university websites. Th

Hi Poonam,
If your transcripts are in Hindi you must get it translated and evaluated by a third party which provides credential evaluation services for foreign students. Universities in USA are aware of the various educational systems so there is nothing to worry about. Popular agencies for evaluating credentials are WES and NACES.
You must first write to the Universities and enquire which agency you should send your transcripts to. Majority of them require WES evaluation. Send your transcripts to WES, pay the required fee and they will do the needful.
Hope it helps. Feel free to revert.
