Yes, Lucknow University BPharm lateral entry admission is completely entrance-based. The University of Lucknow BPharm admission is based on candidates' performance in the Central University Entrance Test (CUET) entrance test. For LU BPharm regular course, admission shall be made through AKTU counselling.

In the scenario, if two or more aspirants for the BPharm course at LU secure the same marks/ranks in the entrance examination, the university follows some rules for allocating the seat to deserving candidates, rules are:

  • The candidate, who has secured a higher percentage of marks in Class 12 or equivalent examination will be given preference.

Review 1: The percent of students who were placed in my course is 90%. It is quite good; the students are very happy to have gotten such a placement. I would also be grateful if I got a chance to sit in on a placement.

Review 2:  Around 50-55% of students got placed in our college. Some students got placed in Himalaya Wellness Company with a good salary package.
