Yes, Indian students can study at the VUW New Zealand without IELTS. Students with a minimum 65% in the Class 12th English exam from either the CBSE, CISCE, or HSC from Maharashtra, West Bengal, or Karnataka state boards, are eligible for an English language waiver.

Students with an HSC from any other state board, with a minimum 70% in the English exams are also eligible for waiver.

There is no Application fee for Victoria University of Wellington as the university eliminated the fee exclusively for Undergraduates.
