The general Digital Hollywood University admission process is given as follows:

• Firstly, obtain a passport
• Then, take and pass the entrance exam
• Complete the enrollment procedures such as payment of the school fees, filling out the enrollment form, etc.
• Then, obtain a certificate of eligibility
• Next, arrange all the documents required for visa application
• Then, obtain a Japan Student Visa
• Take a flight and know about the accommodation

Students must share a PDF of the below listed documents along with a scanned photo of theirs & submit it to the official webiste of the New Zealand Immigration department. 

Applicants must provide the documents listed below:

• A passport with minimum validity 3 months more than period of stay
• Complete visa application form (INZ 1012)
• An admission letter from an recognised college or university in New Zealand 
• A letter from your current institute, with the confirmation as a study abroad student
• Two passport sized photographs 
• A valid health & character certificate
• Receipt of application fee 

No, Vrije University Brussels does not offer any visa assistance. However there are many online sessions conducted to guide students with the process.

The minimum bank balance to study in USA on an F1 visa is around USD 18,000 - USD 24,000 which is around INR 20+ Lakhs. Failing to show this amount can lead to US student visa rejection. 

International applicants applying for an F1 visa, should have an offer letter from an SEVP recognised institution in the US. Also the applicants should have fulfilled all the visa requirements, paid SEVP, I-901 fee and completed the DS-160 form. The international students studying a full-time course at any US university and fulfilling all the eligibility criteria are eligible for an F1 visa in USA. 

International students applying for an F1 visa to study in USA will have to submit the following documents:

• A valid and the latest passport
• Photo which is same as your application
• DS-160 and I-901 SEVIS payment confirmation hard copy
• I-20 form's copy
• School transcripts
• Standardised and ELP test scores
• Proof of finances

All these documents are essential in completing your F1 visa form to study in the USA. 

It is important that applicants schedule their OFC and visa appointments on different dates. Both the processes cannot happen on the same date because of logistical reasons also. Applicants must ensure there is a signficant gap but every process is followed in order that is, complete US visa biometric (OFC) process and then go for the scheduled US student visa interview.

Offically, there is no specified days mentioned between OFC and visa appointments. Howver, applicants must not to schedule both on the same day. As there can be a conflict and applications can be rejected at the first stage.
