Yes, you can get any branch in and top government college but there are less chance of getting IET Lucknow with CS and IT branches so you can try other top UPTU colleges also.

At this rank, I don't think you will get IET. There are only 60% chances that you'll get IET.

I don't think at this rank, you can't this college because it depends on vacant seats. Probably has a 30% chances.
