Candidate must have completed MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate which is recognized as per the provisions of the NMC Act, 2019 and the repealed Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Candidate should also possess a permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the NMC/ the erstwhile Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. Admissions to the Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery BUMS programme at AMU are done on the basis of the NEET-UG. To get admission at AMU for BUMS you have to follow the given steps:
1. Pursue the 12th grade with the Biology stream.
2. Appear in the NEET UG exam and try scoring more than 500.
3. Participate in the admissions counseling at AMU for this course.
4. You need to have a score of 50% in your 12th grade to be eligible for AMU.
5. You will be allotted admission to BUMS based on your NEET UG score.
