So if you have joined somewhere you will have to resign and come with all the originals.If you pick up a seat in this round it is considered as ‘confirmed seat’, the Vacancy is then closed for that session and you are liable to pay the bond of some amount of money ( I don't the numbers exactly may be 3 Lacs ).

Generally 50 seats (UR) are left for open round counseling so if you getting rank under 2500 then you must go for open round, you might have good chance . Even from this year number of seats increased so closing rank may extend to 3000 to 3200 .

Even after open round if some seats are still left vacant then college do spot counseling which is the last chance to get admission, but don't depend on this .
