Our college has good infrastructure and provides good facilities.
Placements: There is a decent placement cell available for the economics department. It's our decision whether we want to opt for placement or not. Top companies like Amazon, Genpact, and Wipro visit the college to hire students with good salary packages. Good internship opportunities are also provided in many fields.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. They provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the campus with highly updated technologies and equipment. Food is good with a wide variety of choices to choose from. There are several canteens and outlets like Domino's, Subway, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful every time. I am comfortable with the helping mentality of our teachers. They are highly qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders.

Amity is good as it comes under one of the best colleges in Asia.
Placements: Good companies like Wipro, Amazon and Genpact visit our college to hire students with a good salary package. It also provides an internship opportunity in many fields, and it is totally up to the students whether they want to do it or not. Many students got placed from our batch with a good salary.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities in our college are good. Amity has everything in it. It provides a canteen, restaurant, mess and a wide parking area. It provides bus facilities. In leisure time, students can go to the arcades and enjoy their time. There is a gigantic library on the campus that will give you the feeling of five stars. It contains a lot of study material and other study stuff.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very helpful and knowledgeable. They provide every information regarding the subject that they are teaching, which is further helpful in the fieldwork. Semester exams are not as tough as it is set by faculty, so there is no worry.
Other: I have chosen this course because I was good at economics. It covers all the aspects like in economics honours. You will study laws, western logic, industrial relationship and many more, which will further help you for your competitive exams. The campus crowd is excellent. Our college organised many events and fest on the campus where you can enjoy yourself with your friends.

I am satisfied due to good infrastructure and placements.
Placements: Minimum 80-120 students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was around 3.5 LPA for UG graduates. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Google, IBM and other companies. For economic Honours students from the second year, they persuade for an internship. Roles offered are data analysis, finance, etc.
Infrastructure: The university has provided every facility that a student wants like they have given free Wi-Fi, food court, including big brands like Domino's, Subway, CCD, etc. They have also provided food to the hostel students at a reasonable rate, but the food is average.
Faculty: Faculty members here are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Some teachers are average, but some are very good at teaching their subject. This course curriculum is relevant to the students, and I would recommend this course to everyone.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have a personal interest in economics. The best part is that economy is used in every field whether it's marketing or management, and today every company wants an economist.

Amity is the best of all colleges.
Placements: The placements in amity are the best, it's actually better than few of the colleges of DU. The college provides the students with perfect opportunities of placements. The placements record is mostly 100%. The big companies like Amazon and Google comes to fetch the new blood.
Infrastructure: The strictness of the hostel of Amity is well known. The big campus is fully Wi-Fi equipped. The labs are big and the college is broken down in blocks and further in department meets. The campus is very big and the crowd is also good. No outside students allowed and bio-metric is done.
Faculty: Faculty is super hard working and is best in the every way possible. They help with the studies and as well as the problems of life of a student. It's a perfect place to find a mentor that will help you through every thing. Strict rules and regulations are followed.

Review of Amity University.
Placements: QCI visited our university for offering placements to B.A. and M.A. students. Almost 10% of the students were placed. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Other companies like Deloitte, etc., visit our campus for placements. I can't give details regarding placements as I am not that interested in placements. So never really looked into it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is incredible. All facilities are available from arcadia play zone to persona gym, yoga, swimming pool, etc. The college is accredited with an A+ grade for its infrastructure. There is great cleanliness regarding hostels. There is a great cafeteria including CCD and Domino's outlet. Functions are regularly conducted. There are air-conditioned rooms. There are sockets in every desk in the classrooms. Lifts are available here. There is a huge walking space near H block.
Faculty: The course curriculum provided is a bit unnecessary. We have to deal with 11-12 subjects every semester, including, English, FBL, behavioural science kind of subjects which a burden to us. The focus should be more on to the core subjects. Faculty members are moody. The quality of teaching depends on their mood. Some are partial as well, while others are decent and good. So it totally depends on the person. Overall we deal with it anyhow.

Review of three years of my life in Amity.
Placements: There is a lack of placement opportunities for students of economic department in Amity University, Noida. Most of the companies either don't want to recruit from Amity or are looking for more experienced candidates. So, they prefer students with M.A. in economics
Infrastructure: The best thing you will experience in Amity is that it is lively and happening every time you walk into the campus. The college has spectacular buildings, well-equipped labs, state of the art auditoriums, table tennis court, basketball court, a sports ground, a swimming pool, gym, and a gaming zone. It is the most you can ask from any university.
Faculty: Curriculum in the economics department is fine. You'll most likely have more than subjects every semester. The course curriculum is industry-oriented, and you will learn a lot. I liked the curriculum personally as it offers many other subjects which you don't usually get to study anywhere except Amity. My experience with the faculty members was not good. I thought they don't really want to understand your problem and were not at all co-operative. But on the other hand. there were some good faculty members as well.
Other: You will definitely have the time of your life in Amity. The campus is very happening. You'll always find something interesting happening in Amity on every other day.

Dissatisfied with the faculty except few. The infrastructure and facilities are appealing.
Placements: Placements in Amity School of Economics were not at all satisfactory because not everyone was given a chance to sit for placements. A choice between LORs and placements was given. Placements were biased. Very few students in my department got the placement opportunity. Favourite students were given many opportunities and supported by the faculty members. Some of the rest were forced to opt for LORs. A handful of companies visited Amity. Students in our senior batch (Masters) were given preference. Companies like QCI visited our campus and offered roles like an analyst to preferably the one who had a good hands-on in excel. I did not get an opportunity to sit for placements, so I can't say much about it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Amity is quite good. New blocks were constructed recently and have good Wi-Fi connections and well-equipped classrooms. The library was well-built and has thousands of books and access to computers. But, most of the computers in the library were not operative by us as they could not be logged in. We were promised to have amphitheatre classes but were not provided. The blocks that were built initially did not have that appealing or promising infrastructure. The old blocks had bad Wi-Fi, network and classrooms had frequent leakages during monsoons. Overall, the infrastructure was quite appealing in Amity with sports facilities, moot courts, computer labs with iMacs installed. The new blocks constructed recently are in progress are very well in terms of infrastructure and are equipped with the latest technologies.
Faculty: Faculty members in our department were quite knowledgeable, but everyone was not capable enough to make us understand the concepts. Teaching methods of most of the faculty members were not apt and understandable. The concepts were not well explained. But, there were few teachers who taught very well and their methods were quite clear and understandable. We want more of such faculty members in our institution. Most of our faculty members were quite dull and were not at all helpful to us outside class. They are even ready to use phrases such as "get out" when we go to clarify our doubts. Most of us were scared to ask our doubts later on.
Other: Amity University is quite famous for organising fests, cultural and sports events. These fests and events were quite energising for us, and I participated in them with full enthusiasm. I took part in the sports event called Sangathan organised by Amity during my course. Fests were quite entertaining for us and enjoyable enough. The crowd in Amity was diverse. Some students were quite friendly and some were rude and arrogant. My experience with these events was good.
