Life of a BBA student in Amrita.
Placements: There were around 80% people placed recently, and the average package offered was 8.25 Lacs. Amrita invites many top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, and many banking sectors. These companies come directly to the college to select good aspirants. Lots of internships are provided in our university. Recently, we got an internship from Dabur. Top roles for BBA graduates were marketing executive and bank managers.
Infrastructure: There are lots of interactive computer labs fitted with AC on each floor of the infrastructure, and all the classrooms are provided with ventilation and the best ambiance in and around our campus. The library serves a maximum number of books, and there is e-library access too. Food is considered good in the hostel, and special canteen facilities are also available inside the girls' hostel. Each member has separate cabins equipped with electricity and sufficient storage facilities.
Faculty: Professors are nice, experienced persons and teach through both electronic and normal board lecturing. The course curriculum is relatively relevant. Semester exams can be scored, and getting a passing percentage is easy. To score more than a 9 CGPA, one has to work hard.
Other: I wanted to pursue a business degree, and I chose Amrita as it has a unique brand name and is one of the top private institutions. Practical application would improve the course to a great extent. There are lots of adequate fests, clubs, and multifest functions.

Good College with Quality Education and Great Placement Opportunities.
Placements: There are various placement opportunities for the students of our college. Students who need placement are placed in various multinational companies which come for hiring at Amrita. Some of the top recruiters are EY, KPMG, Deloitte, City Union Bank, Tata Consultancy Services, Federal Bank, and many others. The average CTC offered would be around 3–7 LPA for both BBA and B.Com batches. The roles offered are generally for associate posts. Almost all people who apply for placements are placed at the end.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good, with enough fans, lighting, and projectors. The entire campus has a free Wi-Fi facility. The library also has a wide range of books to choose from. There are enough toilets and drinking water facilities in the academic blocks. But the hostel facility is very average for such an institution. The quality of food is bad. There is no variety of food; you will be given the same idli and sambar every morning and rice, sambar, and dal every afternoon. Overall, the food is below average.
Faculty: The curriculum at the university is timely updated and is of industry standards. Other than just regular classes, the university provides soft skill classes, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability classes for students, which prepare them for both competitive exams like CAT, XAT, GMAT, and also for placement interviews. The faculty at Amrita are good. They have enough knowledge about the subjects and can be approached by the students for doubts and project work.
Other: The main factor for preferring Amrita over other colleges is the exposure and the placements of the university. You will have a lot of opportunities to work with industry professionals, conduct events, do research projects, etc. There is Vidyut, the national-level multi-fest of Amrita, where people from the industry and students from top colleges across India participate. You can always be part of such events and improve yourself much better.

The college is really good in when it comes to studies and placements .
Placements: The number of students being placed is very high. 80% of the students get placed on the Amrita campus. The highest package for students is about 4-5 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies include EY, Deloitte, and Tata, etc. Internships are compulsory and must be done in the second year. HR and financial manager are some of the major roles offered.
Infrastructure:
The infrastructure and facilities are quite good. They provide students with good, spacious classrooms. The college has a common library, which contains a lot of books and other informative things. They don't provide Wi-Fi. All the science labs are available. The hostel is also good. One room accommodates 4 members. There are common washrooms provided. The food is not that great because they don't allow non-veg. The mess only provides veg. There are a lot of games available, such as badminton.
Faculty:
The teachers at Amrita are really good. They are very understanding and supportive, not only in studies but also when it comes to personal issues. The teachers are highly qualified. The course curriculum is very relevant because they teach what is necessary for your career. The semester exams are quite easy if you are prepared well. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other:
The course I chose was BBA, which is very helpful for learning about human relations, such as HR and employee relations, etc. The things that can be improved are the programs. The number of programs conducted is very less.

Good facilities and infrastructure but no fun.
Placements: About 90% of the students get placements at Amrita Kochi. Deloitte and PWS are the main companies that regularly hire BBA students. Internships are mandatory after the 2nd year, and the CIR department helps in securing internships, sometimes even at AIMS.
Infrastructure: The college is quite orthodox, but it provides all the necessary facilities like computer labs, canteens, libraries, etc. It’s located in Edapally, a popular area with plenty of malls and places to hang out. There’s a uniform policy, and hostel students are expected to attend prayers, although you can avoid them if you're clever about it. The hostel food is great compared to others, and they even take hostel students on free trips. Hostel residents get some extra privileges, but if the hostel life doesn’t suit you, there are plenty of PGs nearby. The hostel is within the campus, and permission is required to go out.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable and qualified, with many pursuing their PhDs. The curriculum is relevant, although it sometimes feels like it moves too fast (this could just be me). I don’t find the exams difficult. There are two exams in each 6-month semester—a midterm and a final exam. The examination process is straightforward, and the faculty provides sufficient study material.
Other: I chose BBA General because I wasn’t sure what to do after 12th grade, but now I find myself getting interested in business. The course is well-rounded, covering all the important management areas. The college is full of students, but they don’t host many events. Each department has a fest occasionally, but some are barely noticeable. The college is very religious and celebrates Hindu mythology events, and the hostelers are taken to meet Mata AmritAnandamayi twice a year. Even though I'm not a believer, I still found it to be a unique experience. They don’t allow Western music or Bollywood, everything has to be traditional, so it can get boring. But the campus is full of people to socialize and network with, so if you're someone who can create your own fun, you'll be fine. The college is highly focused on education and offers scholarships and concessions, so if studying is your priority, this place is a good fit.

Good placements and infra.
Placements: The college offers good placements for both UG and PG with good packages. They offer the placements to the final year students. The highest salary offer is around 3 LPA for UG and for PG, it is almost 5 LPA. Many core companies like Wipro, SAP, Infosys and Capgemini visit for placements.
Infrastructure: The 400 acres campus is well planned with infrastructure like academic buildings, administration wing, central library, hostels, guest house, staff-quarters, shopping complex, swimming pool and play grounds. The campus has built-up area of over 28 lakh sq. Feet linked by 7 km black topped roads. Eight hostels accommodate 5000 students. A swimming pool meeting Olympic standards is utlized by students, staff and others in the campus. Two power houses are installed with total generating capacity of 1660KVA to meet the shortage in power supply. Amrita also provides uninterrupted power.
Faculty: The campus is well-equipped with good infrastructure facilities. The classrooms are well lit and ventilated. The food provided in the canteen is priced decently with a lot of choices to pick from along with an in-house CCD. The college is affiliated to VTU. The semester end exams are conducted according to the VTU guidelines and the syllabus. The teachers here are very supportive and helpful. They motivate you to think out of the box.
Other: The college organizes events, fests, etc. The campus crowd is good.

It is a good college but the food needs improvement.
Placements: 80% of students were placed in BBA. The highest package offered was 12 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and the average was about 6 LPA. 80% of students got internship in my course in companies like London Stock Exchange, Tata, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and Muthoot Finance.
Infrastructure: In this college, all the facilities provided are good. There is Wi-Fi facility, computer labs, science labs, studios, seminar halls, library, and classrooms available. Facilities in hostel are good but the food provide is not so tasty. The canteen is nice and sports and games facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers help everyone by clearing their doubts at any time. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. This course is good and it makes the students industry read. Semester exams are conducted with strict rules and regulations. The pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in knowing about business and how an organization works in the market. There are variety of events conducted in this college.

Our college has good staff members and we have a good infrastructure.
Placements: Nearly 70-80% of students got their placements from campus. The salary package offered is from 3 LPA to 12 LPA. Top recruiters are LSE, Infosys, Mahindra, TCS, and Deloitte. So many students got internships in top companies like Infosys and Muthoot Finance. Management roles and administrative roles are offered in companies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available and we have well-equipped labs and lab technicians. We have a good library with books and physical books in our library. We have the best place to study in the library and we can borrow books from it. We have a canteen, medical facilities, and a gym on our campus.
Faculty: The teachers are friendly with us and the teaching is good. The pass percentage is calculated by class is average. The exams are too tough to write and we can know our own talent in Amrita because we can't copy here. The correction is too strict and there will be internal and external exams.
Other: For the BBA course, it is the best college I got at a lower price and a good NIRF ranking. We have good extracurricular activities like sports, fests, etc.
