Some of the facilities provided by the university include equipped laboratories, well-connected campus networks, a modern gymnasium, well-maintained tennis, badminton and basketball courts, an Olympic-size swimming pool, etc.

A total of seven hostel complexes are located within the campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. There are separate hostels for girls and boys.
