The counselling in Andhra University is started from May 29, 2019. Candidates should note that qualifying in NATA 2019 does not constitute a right/ guarantee to candidates for his/her admission to any architecture course unless he/she has fulfilled all the prescribed requirements as specified by respective counselling and admission authorities. For admission to B.Arch courses, aspirants should comply with the following:
*Have cleared a recognized aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent) in 2019 or qualified in NATA 2018
*Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
*Secured 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as the subjects
*10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/State government with 50% aggregate marks with Mathematics
*International Baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing, after 10 years of Schooling with 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination
*No direct lateral admission is allowed at any other year/stage of B.Arch. Course based on any qualification.

Requirement of rank depends upon your choice of stream you want to pursue. Streams like Mech. , ECE, Civil one needs to score good enough or one needs to score 1000 to 1500 rank in general category. And, there are other smaller streams such as metallurgy, Marine, Civil environmental. So, to get seat in smaller streams one needs not to score like 1000 or 1500 rank, but 4000 to 5000 ranks are enough.
