There are no entrance exams for Anna University. The admissions are purely based on merit, and they give more importance to category.
The online applications are available at www.annauniv.edu and click TNEA 2017.
The last date is May 31, and the counselling starts from June 27.
You must have at least 95% marks to get Anna University, Guindy Campus (main campus)
And, your category also matters a lot.
First, SC/ST, sports quota and then BC, MBC, general (OC) may be the order in which they call for counselling.

B.E./B.Tech. I am not aware of this College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University but recent NIRF rankings released by MHRD depicts once that LPU is a consistent and really a premier university of India with top placement records and world class infrastructure.

Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission TNEA is for undergraduate admissions in engineering and technology programs in the colleges of Tamil Nadu. The admission is based on the candidates 10+2 marks and the counselling organised by the university. So TNEA is not an entrance exam. With the release of official notification, TNEA application form is expected to be available from the first week of July.
