Apex University provides more than 128 courses at UG, PG, diploma, PG diploma, and doctoral level. Some of the names of these courses include BCA, MCA, BTech, MTech, BPT, MPT, BJMC, MJMC, B.Ed, MEd, BA LLB, LLM, MPlan, BA, MA, diploma, and PG Diploma in various specialisations, PhD, etc. 

As of now, there is no official information available on Apex University's seat reservation policy. However, as per the university's official brochure, two seats are reserved for the wards of CRPF personnel across all the courses offered by the University. This was done to honour the sacrifices and contributions of CRPF personnel. The university may also follow the seat reservation policies of the state and the central govenment. CUET PG application form 2026 is anticipated to be released in the first week of January 2026 to provide admissions to postgraduate degree programs like MA, MSc, MCom, MTech, MFA, and other professional degrees like MBA, BEd, LLB, and LLM courses.

 Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Under no circumstances, candidates will be allowed to fill more than one Application Form. Strict action will be taken, even at a later stage, against such candidates who have filled more than one Application Form

Apex University MBA is offered under various specialisations. In addition to the traditional MBA specialisations like Finance, Marketing, HRM, etc., the university offers various new-age specialisations, such as Agribusiness Management, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, etc. Other MBA specialisations offered at Apex University are tabulated below:

Apex University BA scholarships are offered to deserving students under the following five categories:

1. Early Bird Scholarship: Offered to students who have registered for admission and paid the first fee instalment on or before the last date of EBR
2. Academic/Merit Scholarship: Offered to students based on their Class 12 (or equivalent) merit
3. Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana: Offered to students who have no/single-earning parent (father has died)
4. Sports Scholarship: Offered to students who have been admitted under the sports category and have represented at State or National level
5. Scholarship for wards of CRPF personnel

A nationwide entrance exam called the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is required for admission to all undergraduate degrees at all central universities. Registration for CUET UG 2024 closed at 11:50 p.m. on April 5, 2024. The online application for CUET 2024 was open. The CUET 2024 admission card was made available by the National Testing Agency via exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/ on May 29. The CUET 2024 exam for Delhi centres was originally planned for May 15, but the NTA has moved it to May 29. The CUET admit card and intimation slip can be downloaded by candidates who have paid the application fee and registered for the exam.

Apex University offers BTech programme at the undergraduate level across several specialisations. The eligibility and selection criteria is same across all of them. Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana is a scheme offered to students who come from a humble background to aid them in furthering their career. Also known as ASSY scheme, it aims to provide financial assistance to eligible students. Find below the categories who can avail of this scheme:

• Students who are enrolled in the current academic session and have lost their earning parent in an unfortunate accident during the term of their education at the university. Such students are provided with 100% of academic scholarships on the course fee
• Students who are pursuing education at the unviersity/ foundation and have a mother who's earning (those whose father has passed away) are provided a scholarship of 50% on the course fee
• Current students who lost their father during the term of course offered at Apex University/ Institutions
