Absolutely satisfied with everything on the campus.

Placements: I'm not sure about the placements in my department as there are fewer chances to get placed just after a bachelor's degree. However, companies like McKinsey did visit our campus and hired students from the economics department. The administration also offers internships inside and outside the campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure offered by Ashoka is the best. The entire campus has Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, and dorm rooms, and everything is perfectly furnished. The food quality is average, but the food outlets on campus are pretty good and cheap. I did not face any infrastructural issues in my three years.

Faculty: Faculty members are the best part of Ashoka. The teaching method is entirely discussion based which makes the class more like a discussion among friends rather than an actual class. The professors hold office hours, and they're willing to help anytime which makes things easier for students.

Other: The university also offers a great amount of financial aid which is need-based; this ensures that students from all economic backgrounds are able to get the highest quality of education and their financial condition doesn't become a restriction.

Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview and on-the-spot assessment comprising of an essay and an optional AAT (Ashoka Aptitude Test) on the basis of 10+2 marks, extracurricular activities and ACT (American College Testing) or SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) scores. Higher score out of AAT (Ashoka Aptitude Test) or ACT (American College Testing) or SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) or board marks will be considered while taking a decision on an applicant’s candidature. In case a candidate is unable to appear for the interview, he/she may attend the interview over Skype.
Final Selection
Students will be selected based on their potential for academic rigor and extra-curricular engagement. These include AAT (Ashoka Aptitude Test) or ACT (American College Testing) or SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) scores or 10+2 marks projects, and research, if applicable, as well as the disciplined and committed pursuit of varied interests and passions.
