Our university has the most amazing faculty, great infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Till now, only one batch of Ashoka University has graduated since its inception in 2014, but the placements have been spectacular. Around 14 students were admitted to renowned international universities for higher education, and around 81 students got placed in major corporate organisations. Most of the students have been accepted into fully funded PhD programmes at various prestigious universities of the world. The first 4-year batch of undergraduates was offered job opportunities at some of the best organisations in India like McKinsey & Company, Star TV, Zomato, RBL Bank, etc. For all the necessary related information, visit the website www.ashoka.edu.in.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Ashoka University is absolutely top-notch. The classrooms are better than anything you can expect as they are fully air-conditioned and extremely comfortable. The labs are well-equipped, and the library doesn't fail to quench one's thirst for knowledge. There is 24*7 open infirmary that caters to all medical emergencies and medical needs. The opulent sports complex is amazing enough to satisfy a sports buff.
Faculty: Faculty members of Ashoka University are something that the university loves to boast about. Stunningly qualified professors and knowledgeable teaching staff members are the core of Ashoka University's prestige, and every student is proud of it. Following the liberal system of education, every professor has their curriculum for their course. The grading scheme is decided by them for their course. Ashoka has a research culture, and the students are driven to look for answers themselves, rather than believing in whatever the textbook tells them and simply mugging up answers. There is complete freedom of speech in both the college and the classroom. Emotions are expressed, opinions are shared, values are exchanged, and individuality is respected here.
Other: Not even a single day goes by when something interesting is not happening in the college. Guest lectures and seminars flood our calendar, and one feels the need for a few extra hours in a day. Cultural and sports fests like Banjaara and Agneepath are the much-awaited events in an Ashokan's roster. The college life is very exuberant and interesting, owing to Ashoka's sophisticated and liberal culture. The quality of students is unbelievable as each of them possess special talents and the curiosity to explore them. The best part of Ashoka is its facility of financial aid, which varies from zero to hundred per cent, and it is need-based. The financial aid office ensures that none of the deserving candidates is deprived of their right to gain knowledge because of their financial condition. A minimum of 100 credits is required to get the degree at the end of three years. The additional 4th-year aids the students who are willing to do an advanced major in their chosen field.
