As per the NIRF 2024 report, Ashoka University has been ranked 101 in the University category.

A total of 25 scholarships will be awarded in addition to the need based financial aid available to all students, of which 5 of candidates will receive a waiver of 100% on tuition fee and residence, and remaining 20 will receive a waiver of 100% on tuition fee. 1. Candidates shortlisted based on the cut-offs will receive an invitation to apply for the Merit Scholarship.
2. As a part of the scholarship application, candidates will be required to submit a form with a Statement Of Purpose (SOP), along with the latest Income Tax Return of their parents/guardian. This application form will be open for 5 days.
3. Candidates will be further shortlisted by a scholarship committee based on the caliber of their SOP and family income analysis.  Those that make the short list at this point could also have to show up for an in-person interview with the committee.
4. Depending on how well they perform overall during the selection process, successful candidates will either earn a 100% tuition fee waiver or a 100% tuition and residence waiver.

Ashoka University offers admission to aspirants based on their entrance exam scores. The university conducts Ashoka Aptitude Assessment for admission to UG courses. Selected aspirants have to further pass the personal interview round for final selection. Candidate also have to pass on-the-spot-essay round for UG admission.
