Good faculty, helpful teachers. Average placement, but can achieve higher, with good infrastructure.
Placements: I am in B.Tech CSE, I had 62 percent in my 12th and chose ADTU to study CSE with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The one campus placement offers are not that good, but not bad either. If you maintain a good GPA, then the chances of getting a good placement are higher, ranging from 3.3 LPA to 11 LPA sometimes.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in every aspect. ADTU has Wi-Fi connection all around the campus and per classroom, smart boards and projectors per class, a library is big, has a gym, swimming pool, badminton court, football ground, and everything. The hostel facility is good too, they have a geyser, washing machines, and a dryer. You can get an AC facility in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly, and the teaching quality is very good. Teachers motivate students to participate in extracurricular activities. They are very humble and understanding. They retake the test if they were absent on the test day. The course curriculum is engaging.
Other: ADTU held a yearly Attitude fest in which students can participate in various activities. Events from each department, including gaming and robotics events.

Very good college, satisfied with the infrastructure and campus out there.
Placements: Placement cell is good, it helps the students in placement time, and helps them to secure a good position in a company with a very decent average package. Students feel very motivated with the help of the placement cell and faculty. They give their best.
Infrastructure: The university is situated in a very good location with greenery and natural beauty everywhere with good views and cafes in each block and also good and hygienic food in the canteen at a very good price that anyone can afford without any hesitation or budget issues.
Faculty: Faculty is very supportive and helps the students achieve their goals, and makes the students feel motivated to complete particular tasks. They help the students to ensure that the students give their best. The teaching faculty is very professional and makes the students industry-ready.
Other: The university is good with good campus life and opportunities everywhere.

Solid placements, modern labs, and great campus life are provided by ADTU.
Placements: In Assam down town University, I am from the B.Tech CSE course from the 2024 batch. 85 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 12.76 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and ITC. 60 percent of students got internships in companies like TCS, IntelliPaat, etc., and many converted to PPOs. There is strong training and support from the placement cell. It is solid for the northeast students.
Infrastructure: Classrooms have AC and smart boards. Labs have more than 300 high-configuring PCs, Cisco and Microsoft labs, and 24x7 100 Mbps Wi-Fi. The library is big with digital access and is open till 10 PM. The hostel has 3-sharing rooms with attached bathrooms and Wi-Fi. The mess is hygienic and repetitive, but okay. It serves non-vegetarian food for 4 days. The canteen serves affordable and tasty food. There is a nurse on campus and a downtown hospital nearby. The college provides grounds for games like cricket, football, badminton, and basketball. It also has a gym. For the infrastructure and hostel, I would easily rate 4.5 out of 5 for Northeast.
Faculty: Faculty members are M.Tech qualified and PhD holders. They are helpful. They use clear teaching, and I would rate it 4 out of 5. The course curriculum is NEP-based, practical with AI-ML and cloud topics. It makes students industry-ready. Exams are moderate and application-based. The pass percentage is 92-95 percent with fair grading.
Other: I chose this college because it has good labs, real placements, and proximity to home. It has the best practical syllabus, internships, Cisco/MS labs, small batches, and an active placement cell. It should provide core companies and a stronger alumni network. The campus has a high crowd (NE + Bhutan/Bihar), zero ragging, Spandan & Techno-Crave fests (star nights), many clubs, and great sports. It is 15-20 minutes from Guwahati. It is green and peaceful. Scholarships are available. Overall, it is a good choice.

University is not bad, but it could be better.
Placements: In my course, we have 2 sections, A and B, with a total of 152 students. The lowest package is around 3 LPA, the average is 4 LPA, and the highest is 10-12 LPA. Top companies were Jtekt, PwC, Jaro Education, Recruit CRM, etc. I think 30 % of students got the internship. Associate software engineer was the top role offered.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure for my course are top-notch. We have 6-7 labs with Wi-Fi init. Every department has its own library as well as the general library of the university. But the hostel mess is a disappointment, there are fields for different kinds of games in the university.
Faculty: It would have been better if the teachers were engaging. Exams are alright, they are not that difficult, but around 20%-30% student fails. Teachers are qualified but not really strict. Also, in the university, students are also trained so that they are industry-ready.
Other: My course can be improved with the active engagement of students and teachers. University fest is held once a year in February, where we get to showcase our talent.

Faculty members are really nice in this college.
Placements: The placement rate in my course is not that high. 50% student get placed in repeated companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, along with some startups. The highest package offered here is 20 LPA, while the average package is 6.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of my college is great. The classrooms are spacious neat and clean. The food is average nutritious and hygienic, but sometime lacking variety and taste. Medical facilities are available on campus with a first aid center. Overall, everything is nice.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, some are Ph.D. holders, while others are M.Tech graduates. The course curriculum is relevant and fairly updated, covering both theoretical and practical aspects the faculty members are approachable and encourage us to ask questions.

Really nice placement rate.
Placements: Placement in my coursework is quite decent. Around 70% to 75% of students are getting placed in reputed companies. Overall, the course offered a balanced mixture of academics, placements, and internships, preparing students fairly well for their careers by attracting more product-based companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of my course are well-maintained and supportive of learning. There are Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, computer labs with updated systems, and access to digital learning resources through the library. College has playgrounds, indoor games, and gym facilities.
Faculty: Teachers in my course are generally helpful, with most of them having good academic backgrounds. Teaching quality is clear and supportive. The course curriculum is relevant and fairly updated. Semester exams are moderately difficult, not too easy but manageable with regular study.
