Companies come and go but they aren't selecting students so I don't know who's responsible but we need little practice in preparing.

Good hostel and Muslim-friendly environment.
Placements: Most students get placed in each class. Companies like JPMorgan and Accenture come for the placement and get students. If you study well and follow the guidelines of the teachers you will have a high chance of getting placed with a decent salary, all the best.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in all areas across the campus. The only thing you need to know is the password of the Wi-Fi otherwise it's a headache. Apart from that the libraries are good and have fast processing computers so you don't have to worry about bringing a laptop to college.
Faculty: Teachers here decently help you. Don't expect spoon-feeding like in school. Apart from that, the syllabus is pretty old, but the exams are easy to crack. You can study one day before the exam, and it's easy. If you want to learn in-depth, then it's in ur own hands.

I am somewhat satisfied with the college hostel and infrastructure.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed is less than 20%. The lowest package offered is 3.5 LPA and the highest package offered is 8 LPA. The average package offered is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Cognizant, Amazon, L&T, etc. The percentage of students who got internships is below 20%. Students got internships in companies like CTS and various other companies. The top roles offered by our course are software engineering, data analysis, and various other roles.
Infrastructure: Our department has various labs and classrooms. The quality of infrastructure in the hostel is pretty good and other facilities are pretty good. The mess and canteen are good. Medical facilities are good. It does not give much importance to sports.
Faculty: Semester exams are not very difficult. 40% is the pass percentage. Faculty members give marks randomly. We will be surprised when we get our results. We could not imagine. We might write well but we might get different results. In other cases, we might have written very badly, but the results might be good.

Students can get a degree from here but can't get skills.
Placements: Some students get placed, but many students do not get placed. They said to fill out forms for placements but most of the companies in the forms are not coming to hire. Most of the interview results are not coming. If some students get selected, then offer letters are not given.
Infrastructure: The library is good enough. There is no Wi-Fi. Labs are average, and classrooms are average. It puts boards everywhere as fully it is Wi-Fi enabled campus but that's not true. The atmosphere is green and good. There is no food. Labs are available with AC. The hostel food and hostel atmosphere are good enough. There is no proper sports guidance.
Faculty: Faculty members are average. Most of the teachers do not know what they teach. Some professors are very strong in teaching and good enough. I would rate only 3 out of 5 stars for the faculty members, curriculum, and exams. Here, exams are on a proper time. To prepare for exams, they conduct CAT continuous assessment tests 2 times per semester, and it makes it easy to prepare for semester exams.
Other: It is located in the main area near KCBT's new Bus stand opposite Vandalur Zoo. A lot of bus services are available 24x7.

It provided average placements in 2025. It has a great and lush green campus.
Placements: I am from the 2021-2025 batch. There are 3 divisions of class for the computer science. It has 195 students overall. The average percentage of students who got placed is around 65%. The lowest package is 2 LPA and the highest package is 9 LPA. Companies like CTS, Cognizant, and Accenture hire students. Roles like trainee and HR are offered here.
Infrastructure: There are no complaints about the infrastructure and food. Classrooms and area are well-maintained. Labs are great, and Wi-Fi is good. We get non-veg food for 3 days a week, and there are no complaints. There is a daily cleaning. Restrooms and toilets are good.
Faculty: Teachers are really well-trained and they are friendly to students. Teachers helped students in many ways. In exams, papers are not tough if we have listened to the class. Many students can clear the paper without any problems.
Other: I chose this course because my parents told me to, but still, it is good. I got to choose this course, for the upcoming era as computers and AI is everywhere. There can be some improvements in courses and teach some things deep as many courses teach only boundaries. The college offers many events over the 4 years. Different branches have their own event both tech and non-tech-related events. Monthly, there are fests in hostels.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty and placements.
Placements: 90% of students were placed. The highest package was 15 LPA, the lowest package was 3.5 LPA, and the average package was 4 LPA. Recruiting companies included Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, HCL, Accenture, and CSS Corp. Around 60% of students received internships at companies like CSS Corp, Accenture, and Cognizant. Roles offered were Software Developer and Software Engineer.
Infrastructure: There was 24-hour Wi-Fi facility, well-established labs with proper equipment, qualified lab faculty, digital classrooms, and a well-maintained library with all necessary books. The food quality in the hostel mess and canteen was good. A 24-hour medical facility was available, along with a big ground for sports and an indoor stadium for indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality was very good. The course curriculum was relevant and made students industry-ready. The difficulty level of the semester exams was moderate in this college, and the pass percentage was 80%.

Transforming lives through education.
Placements: I'm pretty happy with the placement opportunities provided by our college. Most of the students get placed each year in the placement drive. About 60% of students get placed each year in placement drive and the average package is about 8 lacs. Different companies like Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: B. S. Abdur Rahman University has one of the best infrastructures that provides with comfortable and supportive learning environment. The campus is equipped with modern facilities including library labs and many more when it comes to the hostel it is somewhat bad because of no quality food.
Faculty: Many faculty members are well educated and have very good knowledge of their subject. They teach through PPT which makes it more understandable. Semester exams are moderate just need to understand what teachers explain that is enough to crack exams. The pass percentage is about 80%.
Other: You should choose ECE because it can be a fantastic decision for several things like high demand, and opportunities in emerging fields. We can have both software and hardware knowledge and we can choose any field.
