Q: Does BBAU offer BBA?

Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University offers a three-year full time BBA. Apart from BBA in Management Studies, BBUA also provides a combination course of BBA and LLB for five years. BBUA BBA admissions are solely based on CUET-UG scores. Aspirant candidates must take the CUET-UG exam to get registered in the BBA programme at BBUA.

Q: Does BBAU accept CUET-UG scores for BBA admission?

Yes, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) accepts admission for its BBA course through CUET-UG which is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The application process for CUET-UG is usually concluded between February and March. Also, the CUET-UG exam is generally held in the month of May.

Also, the counselling process at BBAU for the BBA programme is usually held in the month of July. Candidates whose rank in CUET-UG is above the closing rank specified in the merit list published on the official website of BBAU can register for the counselling process, followed by document verification and fee payment.

Q: Is direct admission possible to BBA at BBAU?

No, getting direct admission in BBA at BBAU without appearing in the CUET-UG exam is not possible at BBAU. BBAU being a public university follows the guidelines laid down by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, and for admission to any of the courses offered at BBAU, including BBA students, compulsorily need to take the CUET exam.

Based on their CUET-UG score, applicants will be selected for the counselling process. After the counselling process, candidates will have to get their documents verified and pay the tuition fees to get their BBA seats confirmed.

The campus is beautiful and peaceful, plus it's a central university. The hostels are good.

Placements: There are not many companies as of now, but there is scope for improvement in the placement cell. Currently, local companies come for placement drives, and the placement numbers are not promising. However, after the NAAC rating, there is hope for better placement opportunities.

Infrastructure: The hostels are good and spacious with apt facilities. The course is well arranged, with each semester focusing on minute areas. The professors are good and friendly. The hostel management is strict but good, and most of the concerns are heard by the authorities.

Faculty: The faculty is good. They are well-versed with their subjects. The lectures are good and understandable. The professors are very friendly and helpful. The curriculum is good and apt. All parts about management are taught, and exams are conducted according to the yearly schedule.

Other: Scholarships are available, but there are no fests are organised.

I am not satisfied with placements and hostel facilities of this college.

Placements: Placements are very good. Around 10% of students got placed in this course. Almost 20 out of 128 students got placed in this course. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, Upgrade, etc.

Infrastructure: Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The infrastructure is very good. There is a central library on our campus. We have a gym. Playground is available for sports like cricket. Hospital is also available in this college. Separate hostels are available for both boys and girls. Mess facility is available. The security facility is good for girls.

Faculty: Professors are well-qualified and helpful. They direct students to a better future. They follow the semester pattern at this university. Semester exams are moderate.

Other: Many events are conducted such as festivals, government events, etc. The fee structure is reasonable. Scholarships are also provided to merit students.

In case of infrastructure, my college is supers but in placements, it still lacks.

Placements: The placements are not quite good. Instead of having a placement, I would suggest you to do an internship for experience purpose and then go for PG courses from other colleges/universities.

Infrastructure: The university has the best infrastructure. Sometimes I used to stay inside the university just because of its comfort. The university has a satellite campus at Amethi too, which was established in 2016.

Faculty: Teachers are highly educated along with modern lifestyle so that they can make us learn and make our lives better than ever. The university commemorates its Foundation Day on 10 January every year. Lectures by academics on current and general issues followed by Cultural Programme by the university students are the basic features of the celebration.

Other: I chose this college because it is value for money.

Not so good because runs by central.

Placements: Presently there is no opportunity provided by the college for internships or placements. Placement cells coordinate with companies to provide benefits to students. To date, only 2 students got placement from college and others have to go to companies in open round walk-in interviews for placement.

Infrastructure: The campus is very wide and large. Having a central library which is full of a variety of books and equipped with a free Wi-Fi facility. Library remains open 24*7 for all the students. Presently at college, there is no cultural club but the college held some activities at its auditorium on occasion of national festivals and other college activities. The classrooms are very good. At campus have many playgrounds for different sports activities. There is also a gym at the college.

Faculty: Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University which has great faculty members though it is an central university. Industry visits and seminars is conducted on the regular basis and overall development of the students is concerned. The overall university environment is very soothing it helps students to find nature because there is a lot of greenery.

It is a huge campus with good facilities and many courses, but the placements are low.

Placements: I'm pursuing BBA from BBAU, Lucknow, which is a central university. I'm in my final year, and I suggest not to take admission in this college if you want a good placement. The chances of placements is only about 20%. Only a few companies visit the college, and the packages offered are very low, around 15,000 to 40,000 per month. We don't get internship opportunities from college. We have to get internships on our own.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent. The campus is huge, spreading over 250 acres with good greenery and Wi-Fi. Most of the departments' classrooms are air-conditioned. A huge library is available 24*7 for students, and it provides the books of all courses. I must say that the hostel facilities are the best. They are neat and clean. The hostel rooms have 24*7 electricity, water supplies, etc., facilities. The fee is 7,000 per year. They also provide the best meals, with a variety of food in the menu for students every day. The best part is the mess and hostel.

Faculty: The teachers are the best, and they all are well-qualified. Most of the teachers and professors are from BHU or AMU. They have proper interaction with students and are available for students to help them in the best way. You can learn a lot from professors. They all have good knowledge.

Other: I chose BBA because it's a professional graduation degree, and after doing BBA, you will have many opportunities. If you can pursue MBA, you will have the best career in the business administration line. We don't have a fest, but we have ceremonies and events related to cultural-ethical events. All programmes are conducted giving preference to our nature, Indian culture and values.

Really very good facilities but the college should try to improve the extra curricular activities.

Placements: 20% of the students got placed but it is good and the highest package offered is below average. Top recruiting companies are HCL and many more industrialized companies. Top roles offered in my course are CS manager and many other roles which are above the satisfaction rate.

Infrastructure: The facility and the infrastructure of the course as well as the department is above the average line. Wi-fi facility is freely available in the department. Classrooms are well maintained. The facilities are good and the food available is also okay.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is above average. Teachers try to solve the problems of students as much as they can. Yes the course is highly relevant. It makes students full of confidence.

Other: College should try to improve the extra curricular activities.
