The age of the candidate should not be more than 22 years on 1st July 2025.

The UET-FT examination shall comprise of one paper of two hours duration consisting of 120 multiple choice questions.
The question paper shall be based on 10+2 syllabi consisting of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Three marks shall be awarded for each correct answer whereas one mark shall be deducted for each incorrect answer.
Candidates shall be selected in order of merit on the basis of the aggregate marks secured at the UET-FT, provided that a candidate has obtained not less than 35% marks in the aggregate marks of UET-FT.
In case of SC/ST candidates, there is no bar of minimum percentage.
