Applicant must have passed B.Sc (Honours)/B.A (Honours) in Economics or B.Sc/ B.A in Economics with Mathematics and Statistics/Econometrics as major courses in the degree with the mentioned marks in aggregate from a recognized Indian or foreign University.

Candidate must have passed B.Sc/B.A Economics with atleast 2 papers of Mathematics [for Economics] and 2 papers of Statistics [for Economics]/ Econometrics with Mathematics as a core subject in 2nd PUC/12th standard/10+2/ Equivalent Examination with the mentioned marks in aggregate from a recognized Indian or foreign University. Note: 30 seats intake for Indian candidates + 5 seats for PIO/ Foreign Nationals].
