The honest bbmku Dhanbad review .

Placements: As it is a degree college the college doesn't provide placements you have apply for several jobs in order to get placed. Mostly students here prepare for government jobs like SSC banking and railway etc. And they get placed also. In Zoology course, you can become a teacher, marine biologist etc.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. It has a big entry GATE with security guard, and Wi-Fi facility is provided to students in campus for study related purpose only, labs in hete are well-equipped after all, it's government. Hostel facility here is manage able but not so good mess food is also not so good but enough for survival. Some students regret studying here. But I am okay with it.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers in here are so helpful during exams they tell you imp questions too if you ask for, and teaching quality is so good as all the teachers in here are so experienced and the semester exams are difficult to ask if you don't study seriously the pass percentage here is atleast 50% to get promoted to Next semester.

Other: I want to become a marine biologist after my graduation so, that why I preferred this course. I think Zoology should be a little practical oriented rather than being theoretical Fests happen here once a year only otherwise no. Scholarships are provided to ews students and toppers. No extra-curricular activities as such.

Don't hope for placements and if you want just a degree then go for it.

Placements: Our college was not so good in placements and very few companies offered jobs in our college. Around 13% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was around 3.2 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was around 1.8 LPA. Mahindra, Samsung, etc., were top recruiters. Almost 15% of students got internships. Top roles offered were accountant, assistant professor, and sales analyst.

Infrastructure: In our college, the library was great and quiet and all the required books are available for students. Apart from that, everything was below average. Classrooms and labs were available but not Wi-Fi. The quality of the services offered was not so good. Either mess or canteen was not so hygienic and no such special medical facilities were available. Sports and games were okay.

Faculty: Only a few teachers in our college were qualified and knowledgeable. The rest just entered the college through quota (SC/ST) which was not so good. The teaching quality was not so good. Course was okay but the curriculum did not make students industry-ready. Semester exams were pretty difficult and the pass percentage was 35%.

Other: I love Maths and wanted to pursue my career as a researcher. With Maths alongside, you can apply for most of the exams. The way of teaching, faculty members, and quality of questions in exams should be improved. Everything was okay, not so good.

It has been a nice learning experience.

Placements: 20% of the students got campus placements with an average package of 3-4 LPA. Internships are entirely your responsibility, you get nothing like that from the college. You get mostly local companies or some good Bank related job positions. Basically, you need to look out for yourself!

Infrastructure: Talking about infrastructure, it's basically normal but you get excellent library facilities. Chemistry department is pretty average. You get a great canteen. No wi-fi. Labs are basically showcase. There is not much related to games and sports in this college.

Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, depending upon your department of course. They are highly qualified professionals and extremely good at Teaching. This course curriculum is very much relevant and you will learn lots about practice and industrial knowledge. Level of examinations depend entirely on your preparation, although the level is pretty good. But you can pass easily.

It's been a great experience in this college.

Placements: As a government college with such low fees, I had not expected that we would also get placements. But our college has a placement cell that provides placement opportunities to the students in the final semester. This year, we had great placement drives.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. It has labs, library, washrooms, canteen, girls' common room and many more. A new block is under construction. We enjoy our college environment. We love it and enjoy being a part of this wonderful organisation.

Faculty: It has great and experienced teachers who are from IITs. This college offers a wide variety of courses. I am currently enrolled in Bachelors of science physics honors course, and I am having a great experience learning from teachers and the department head.

Other: I had experienced only one year of college life after which the pandemic started. But I must say in that one year, I have attended 2 fests, PUTUS'19 and Youth fest.

It is a decent college to get a graduation degree.

Placements: There is no scheme for placements. This college solely provides only education. Students are required to find a job on their own. However, I have heard that some of my seniors got placed in some companies within the state. The college is working on placements and is expanding its educational field to include B.Ed into its curriculum.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are decent with decent lighting conditions. Labs are equipped with most of the equipment and are fully functional. Internet connection is provided in the computer lab. Staff members and teachers were trained with the equipment, and different activities and experiments were conducted.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were helpful. Most of the information was sent through the college website or through WhatsApp. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Semester exams were moderate in difficulty. Around 75% of students pass the exams with a good score.

Other: The college conducts cultural fests and extracurricular activities. It even arranges trips to other colleges and universities.

P.K. Roy Memorial College is good but as usual only for a degree.

Placements: The placement cell of P.K. Roy Memorial College plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for undergraduate and post-graduate passing out students from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The placement cell operates round the year to facilitate capacity between companies and graduates.

Infrastructure: Our campus has a large area with large buildings. There are a huge number of classrooms that are well decorated and under CCTV camera surveillance. There is no Wi-Fi facility. The library has lots of books which are useful to students. Our campus does not provide any type of hostel facilities.

Faculty: Teachers of our college are well qualified and well educated, but all the teachers are not helpful. They do not teach the students properly. However, you can score better in the examination with the help of their notes. This course curriculum is relevant, and it is uploaded by our teacher which is helpful for us.

Other: Physics department is the best department in our college as others and the physics faculty is also very good and well educated.

Honest experience about SSLNT College Dhanbad .

Placements: This is a complete girls college. And only few students get placed that too very odd companies like sales or customer support ones come like byjus, teach Mahindra which is not good. Package is max 2to 3 Lacs. No one has gotten more than that in campus placement. So if you want a high paying job go for government job or pursue Masters. UG alone from here gives very less salary .

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of college is upto the mark but not very cool. Every department has a projector in which the professors teach so it is good but no inverters r available in the college. 1 library is also there with only educational books academic related books, there is no Wi-Fi in campus for students but students know the password of academic block Wi-Fi and hostel Wi-Fi so they use it but they frequently change it. Hostel room is shared between 2 to three girls, hostel food is not that good. No canteen or medical facilities or proper game zone.

Faculty: Yes, teachers here r well qualified and speak great English . Most of them have more than 5 years of teaching experience. Course curriculum depends on the students, classroom alone cannot guarantee job so have to learn different skills. Semester exams r moderate level with internal, external and practical exams combined. The only drawback is session runs late by 6 months.

Other: I want to prepare for government job that is why I took admission in graduation according to my friend. Otherwise no benefit if doing this course alone, no job unless you learn skills. Go for Masters to build career .

The college has value for money, and there is no extra crowd. There are no extra outside activities.

Placements: I was a student of B.Sc mathematics (Hons). Approximately 50%-60% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary offered was about Rs. 20,000-25,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was about Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month. Samsung, Godrej and many other companies recruit students from our college. Most of my friends participate in the interview.

Infrastructure: There was no college hostel in our college. There was no mess and medical facilities also, but sports and games were included. There was a small canteen in the backside of the college. There was also a separate game room for boys and girls, and the common room was good.

Faculty: Teachers were qualified, and their teaching quality was not very good but average. The difficulty of semester exams is average to tough, and passing marks are about 35% of marks. Teachers were knowledgeable and very helpful. They also conduct special classes for our doubts.

Other: My batch was 2017-2020, and I was preparing for B.Sc mathematics. I have to improve my mathematics skills and not just for jobs. I also love to teach students mathematics, so I chose maths. Teachers must have to do their work sincerely.
