Brainware University: A roller-coaster ride and a beautiful college life.
Placements: Placements are good. Around 60 percent of students got properly placed in our course. Most of the students got placed at TCS in different tech roles such as System Engineer. The top roles are related to our domain and few non-technical roles are also related to business development. The lowest package is 1.2 LPA, the highest package is 14 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. Few students got internships from our course in companies like Cloud Kaptan and a few startups and apprenticeships.
Infrastructure: The library and labs are good in terms of cleanliness, helpful staff, good and the latest technologies, classrooms have AC and the Wi-Fi is available on campus. The hostel facilities are that they have different types of rooms, the warden is good, and the food in the mess is very affordable, and the food court food is very nice but a little more than the mess food, and the food court has a nice cafeteria too. The doctors and the sports and games teacher are equally excellent at their roles.
Faculty: The teachers have good knowledge in their domains and are helpful, their teaching quality is amazing and they use the latest tools for demonstration. The course curriculum is very relevant and makes students ready for the industry and teaches students how to handle different situations. The semester exams require due preparation and effort, most of the students pass very well. The pass percentage is 90 percent.
Other: The course is very affordable. The course aligns with the UGC and the best thing about the course was learning so many subjects while managing assignment deadlines and exams. More activities and events can be added. The college fest is huge and the campus conducts events throughout the year. The campus surroundings have good views and greenery. Most students get the SVMCM scholarship and have exceptional space for extracurricular activities.

Brainware University is a big no.
Placements: Now, fewer companies come to the college. It is very tough to get a placement here due to massive competition. I will be passing out in 2029. I know I may need to look outside the campus to get a job because it may not be possible here. That is the saddest part. Faculty members do not give any leads.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in this college. You get everything needed in a college and more. The best part is that every single area is cleaned every day. There are specific workers for maintenance. Even the lifts are well-maintained, so you do not need to worry about any part of the infrastructure of this college.
Faculty: As for my course, faculty members are worst. The curriculum does not feel updated, although they say it is an updated curriculum. Exams are conducted unusually. There is a minimum attendance criterion of 75 percent. If a candidate cannot meet the criteria due to medical problems, or even if someone dies in their family, they are not allowed to sit for the exam. It raises questions about humanity.
Other: I chose because I want to explore technology. But this college lacks in many areas and needs to be updated and improved. Talking about fests and events, the college organizes regular fests and extracurricular activities. But in terms of student support, it is very poor.

We are satisfied with this faculty and all facilities.
Placements: Our college placed above 90% of students. The highest package offered in my course, which our college provides, is 36 LPA. The percentage of students who got internships from our college is above 90%. The average package of our college is 4.5 to 5.5 LPA. Our college offers many roles in my course.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very good and well-maintained. Every classroom has one or two A.C.s. Every classroom is clean and well-kept. Our college has a very good library, and there are many books available related to the course. The canteen's food quality is very good. The medical facility is also very good. Our college has two playgrounds and many sports-related facilities.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful, and they have very good knowledge. All teachers are qualified with higher degrees. After completing the course, students are ready for the industry. If you study well, the semester exam is not hard, but if you do not study well, the semester exam is very hard.

The reality of Brainware University.
Placements: We mostly get into service roles. Only a few students who study hard outside of academics get opportunities in software. Only service-based companies come, and when students crack internships with their capacity, college comes and takes their credit and claims they have done the work.
Infrastructure: They are all fake promises. Grounds are smaller in reality, and no ground is full. No Wi-Fi is given, even to CSE students. It connects broadband to the lab monitor, which is of no use when doing our personal projects.
Faculty: Teachers teach according to the course curriculum, but the fact is that they say to write a lot, which prevents students from studying hard outside academics, and thereby losing placements. No student becomes industry-ready, and none are serious either. No questions are asked. Currently, I regret my decision to leave PEC Chandigarh with such a good crowd and join here. We get questions before semesters so that we pass with a good CGPA. It has the same old syllabus of chemical labs. There is nothing new as we are B.Tech students, so what do we expect from ourselves? We are doing B.Tech, because we want to get into the industry fast. Why does the teacher task us with a research paper when we are in the first year? They do not even teach us properly.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion. Although we get jobs most easily via this course. The main point is my passion for CSE. The first thing I want the college to do is stop giving questions to students from the model or before exams in the name of suggestion. It should stop giving easy questions in the core subject of CSE. This is the reason everyone gets a good CGPA but no jobs. Scholarships are good due to the West Bengal government scholarship. Since the ground is so small, there are barely any extracurricular activities, which we really enjoy.

Good learning environment for tech students.
Placements: The campus has a good atmosphere, regular classes, and proper guidance, coding, and research work. Students can build a strong career here. 98 percent placement record in our course. Top recruiting companies are like IBM, Kargil, Infosys, etc. A maximum of students get internships from the 3rd year to the 4th year. The highest package offered in our college is 28 LPA. The lowest is 8 LPA. Overall, a good campus for placement and the environment.
Infrastructure: The department has multiple computer labs with updated systems, Python setup, DBMS tools, and AI/ML software support. Labs are air-conditioned and properly ventilated. Smart classrooms with projectors, clean seating, and good ventilation. Most classes are held in UB-IV and UB-V in our course. In the college canteen the food is good. A wide variety is available in our canteen, Indian, Chinese, South, etc. The hostel is also a very good, very friendly, and ragging-free hostel, very supportive.
Faculty: Brainware University provides strong academic support, disciplined infrastructure, and good placement opportunities for CSE and AI & ML students. The semester exams are easy to pass for anyone. If you put in a little bit of effort. This college makes you industry-ready.
Other: I chose CSE with AI & ML because the future of technology is moving towards automation, data-driven systems, and intelligent applications. This specialisation gives me an edge in both core engineering and modern technologies.

I am happy to be a part of our college. Here good infrastructure and facilities are present.
Placements: Most of the students are placed. There is a very good record. Many various companies visited here and many various roles were offered by them. Students are placed in their dream roles in the company. They achieve their dream goals and make a bright future. All circumstances belong to students.
Infrastructure: The college hostel is very helpful for studying. Not only that, it also provides good healthy food, and the hostel premises are very nice. Everyone can enjoy hostel life. They are very safe here. They can also enjoy their time here. All facilities are provided for students to achieve their goals.
Faculty: All teachers are always available to help students. They are friendly to share all our problems, and they guide us always in our goals. They teach us carefully with their knowledge and experience, and exams in the college are not too difficult. If one studies sincerely, they can easily get good marks.

This university is very good for placement and internships.
Placements: The university reports 98 percent placement for the recent batch. They state that more than 500 recruiters have participated in campus drives. For the B.Tech AI/ML programme specifically, the highest package reported is 36 LPA, and the average is 3.5-4 LPA. 70 percent to 80 percent of students got internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The campus is about 9 acres, which is good. Facilities like a library, modern labs, Wi-Fi are also included, and hostels are for both girls and boys. There is also a food court/medical support, etc. I really like the infrastructure of this university.
Faculty: The percentage of students is very high in different direction courses. If I talk about my course, there are 1000 students in only AI/ML, so the percentage of students is high, but in engineering/medical, the number of students is comparatively low compared to other courses.
Other: If you are motivated, willing to work hard, and ready to invest. This programme at Brainware University seems like a viable option for an AI/ML specialist.
