Candidates registering for the CUET-UG counselling are required to upload all the necessary documents along with the CUET UG score card. At the time of registering for CUH counselling, candidates must upload the following documents in the prescribed format:

- Matriculation (Date of Birth Certificate) Certificate & Marksheet
- Class 10 & 12 and UG Certificate & Marksheet
- Certificate in support of reservation (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), if applicable

Candidates who opted for CUH during the CUET application process and have a valid CUET score need to register for admission counselling conducted at the university level.
