The Central University of Himachal Pradesh offers admission to various UG courses based on CUET UG scores according to the round-wise counselling. Merit list has been released by the university for candidates who qualify for the cut-off. As per Central University of Himachal Pradesh cutoff 2023,   closing score of round 1 for B.A. (Hons.) in Sanskrit is 62, for Shastri it (Hons.) in Physics is 360.53, which is the highest score of all the specialisations and for Shastri it is 32 for the General category students belonging to All India Quota. 

For admission to BSc at CUHP, students need to qualify the minimum eligibility criteria. Candidate must appear in CUET in any of the following subject combinations:

Combination I: Physics + Chemistry + Biology /Biological Studies / Biotechnology Or

Combination II: Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics merit will be based on the ‘best CUET score’ obtained in any of the above-mentioned combination of subjects. The candidate must obtain a minimum of 30% marks insection I of CUET

1.Marksheets of all education completed till now i.e. 10, 12, Diploma, Degree, etc.

2.Certificates of Diploma and Degree. 

3.If any gap in education then you should provide Gap Certificate. 

4.Caste Certificate if Applicable, example SC, ST, OBC, etc.

5.If you are applicable for EWS or PWD then that certificates. 

6.Residence proof which may be Aadhar card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, etc. 

7.If applicable Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate.

The Central University of Himachal Pradesh offers total 55 courses in many streams like Sciences, Arts, Management, Technology, Business Administration, BE/B.Tech, MA, MSc, BSc and many more. Admission is based both on merit and entrance exams.Central University of Himachal Pradesh takes  admission now through its own entrance exam for UG as well as PG i.e.CUET-UG and CUET-PG. I don't think that JEE entrance exam is necessary to join Central university of Himachal Pradesh. Either you have not appeared for JEE, you can join Central university of Himachal Pradesh by appearing in the Central university of Himachal Pradesh entrance exam named CUET-UG and CUET-PG. After appearing for the entrance exam, results are declared and then you can take admission. Depending upon the score you can join Central university of Himachal Pradesh. And you can also get admission through reserved categories like SC, ST, EWS, PWD, etc. 

For admission to BSc course at CUHP, the university accepts a valid score of CUET exam, which is conducted by NTA once a year. Students need to fulfil a minimum eligibility criteria, register on the official website of CUET by entering basic details along with making university and course selection and qualify for the exam. After qualifying for the exam, students again need to register themselves for counselling on the university's portal and the final selection will be based on the merit list released by the university.
