DAVUET Exam Pattern 2026: The DAV University Jalandhar prescribes the DAVUET 2026 exam patterns and mentions it in its notification which is released at davuniversity.org. As per the official exam pattern, the DAVUET question paper is divided into four sections containing a total of 100 multiple choice questions, each carrying one mark. Also, 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer in the exam. The exam will have 25 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
Students who opt for PCM stream need to attempt sections A, B and C. Students who opt for PCB stream need to attempt sections A, B and D and Students who opt for PCMB stream need to attempt all the sections of DAVUET 2026. DAVUET Syllabus 2026
DAV University does not prescribe any official DAVUET syllabus. However, the official website informs that the question paper for the DAVUET exam shall be based on the CBSE syllabi of Class 11 and 12. Students are thus advised to prepare for the exam using their class 11 and 12 standard syllabi of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology. Also, the difficulty level of the DAVUET 2026 will be similar to the board exams. Students need to cover the entire board exam syllabus to score good marks in DAVUET 2026 and get admission in the institute.
