The application fee for both UG and PG programmes at DAVV University is the same. Students applying to either UG or PG programmes have to pay an application fee of INR 1550.

Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya admissions are done in both online and offline modes. Apart from Engineering, at the undergraduate level, the university offers B.Sc, BBA and other courses to students. B.E. Is offered in six specialisations. At the postgraduate level, the university offers two to five-year M.Sc., MBA, and various other courses to students. Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya also provides Certificate Diploma, and various other courses to students.

Admission to various courses is based on merit and scores of entrance exams. Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya does not give direct admission to students. Candidates need to write the CUET entrance exam which is conducted by the NTA. After clearing the CUET entrance exam, students may get a provisional allotment of seats in the college. Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya admission to most of the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes is offered on the basis of marks scored in the Common University Entrance Test.

DAVV gives admission to various students for various courses. For BTech courses, JEE Main exam was conducted by the institute for All India and Home State quotas for General and PWD category candidates. For DAVV cutoff 2024, the rank stood between 45829 and 100743 for the General AI category candidates. If we talk about General Home State category candidates, the cutoff lie between 49472 and 117858. 

DAVV offers BE/BTech courses to students in full-time mode only. The final admission process shall take place through the counselling conducted by DTE, Bhopal. The accepted entrance exams for BTech is JEE Main, CUET, MP BE, and others. Students must check the JEE Main exam pattern, JEE Main preparation guidelines, and the best books for JEE Main preparation. To get into DAVV, candidates must qualify JEE Main to sit for the MP BE counselling process. There is no specific percentage mentioned under the elgibility criteria. However, candidates need to adhere to below eligibility criterias:

• Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/Mathematics/Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/ Biology /Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject/Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/Business Studies/Entrepreneurship.
• In addition to the above, Candidates who have passed the 12th examination of the 10+2 scheme in the Agriculture stream (with three main agriculture stream subjects) are also eligible for admission only in the Agriculture Engineering Branch.
• Obtained at least 45% marks in the required three main subjects (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category of Madhya Pradesh).

DAVV cutoff 2024 has released of MPPET Round 2 Seat Allotment result. As per the DAVV MPPETcutoff 2024, the last round closing score for BHM course for IPS Academy affiliated under DAVV stood at 14 for the General AI quota. Similarly, for the MBA course, the cutoff rank stood between 699 and 2888. For MSc in Physics. Other that, the M.Tech in CSE cutoff score for Patel Group of Institutions (Patel College of Science & Technology, Indore) stood at 47 in 2024.

Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya offers various facilities to students like a big library,   Civil Engineering Lab, Chemistry Lab, Computer Lab, Electronics Lab, Mechanical Lab, and others. Candidates can get admission in integrated MBA at International Institute of Professional Studies, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidhyalaya through CUET (UG). For PG MBA (Management Science), students are given admission through DTE counselling on the basis of CMAT exam. The admission to other PG MBA courses is given through the CUET (PG) counselling.

Admission to these courses is made based on JEE Main score. Moreover, the seat allocation process will be conducted by DTE, Bhopal counselling procedure.

No, candidates won't be able to get admission at DAVV with mere 70 percentile. This is because, as per the DAVV MPPET cutoff 2024 for CAT stood at 80 for Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Technology and Management. So, 70 percentile is quite less than the cutoff percentile required to get admission for MBA course.

Admission to BTech and B.E. courses is based on the MP BE scores, with closing ranks stood between 39760 and 142058 for the General AI category candidates. For General Home State category candidates, the cutoff ranged from 58793 to 157297. To be specific, B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering closed at a rank of 58793, whereas B.E. in Civil Engineering saw its closing rank at 157297. For aformentioned courses, CSE stand out as the most competitive and Civil Engineering stand out as the least competitive programs.
