Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore decides the DAVV CET exam pattern for all the programmes. As per the pattern, DAVV CET 2022 will be a computer-based entrance test consisting of 75 questions of three marks each. For every incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted.

Programme-wise DAVV CET 2022 Exam Pattern

Candidates can go through the revised exam pattern of DAVV CET for all courses below.

Group A: Programmes after Graduation (PG)

  • For group A there will be a common test paper. 
  • The test paper will be provided in English and it will consist of a total of 5 options for each question. 
  • The test paper will include a total of 75 questions. of which 15 questions (graduation level) will be asked from the following sections:

The entrance test will carry 75 questions wherein, 15 questions will be from English LAnguage Comprehension and 20 questions each from Physics, Mathematics/Biology and Chemistry (Class 12th level). The sectional distribution is given below.

Note: Students who did not opt for Mathematics in the qualifying examination will not be considered for MCA/M.Tech/B.Sc and similarly. Also, candidates who did not opt for Biology will not be considered for MBA (HA)

Q: What is the marking scheme for MBA entrance in the DAVV CET exam?

A: The DAVV CET paper for MBA will have 75 questions divided into various sections- Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning and General Intelligence, English Language Comprehension, General Awareness and Awareness of Socio-Economic Environment.

Q: What is the duration of the DAVV CET exam?

A: DAVV CET exam is conducted for 90 minutes. Group A and C will be conducted from 10 AM to 11.30 AM and Group B will be conducted from 3 PM to 4.30 PM.

A: No, there is no provision for the deduction of marks if a candidate does not attempt an answer.

As per the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines, a student is not permitted to pursue two Bachelor's degree programs simultaneously. Pursuing two Bachelor's degrees at the same time is considered a violation of UGC norms and may result in the cancellation of admission or degree. Pursuing two Bachelor's degrees at the same time is considered a violation of UGC norms and may result in the cancellation of admission or degree. Therefore, it is not possible to pursue two Bachelor's degrees/courses together in Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) or any other university in India. However, a student can pursue a Bachelor's degree programme along with a Diploma or Certificate course, provided they meet the eligibility criteria and do not violate the UGC guidelines.
