My honest review of my college.

Placements: In my opinion, the degree from that college was not very valuable, and there were 0% placements. The college was affiliated with Agra University and was in a slum-like area, so companies did not come there for placements. I did not go for any internship because I had to do articleship training for CA. The articleship training lasted for three years, during which you had to work under a CA as an article. The stipend, as per ICAI rules, was Rs. 2,500 per month.

Infrastructure: I got a hostel room in the first year. The hostel was good, and the mess was also good, but due to personal reasons, I left the hostel and rented a 2BHK flat outside the college for Rs. 4,500 plus the electricity bill.

Faculty: There were no labs there. The classrooms for exams were very pathetic, and the furniture was broken. There were no semesters. We just went once to give the exams. Faculty of Law at Aligarh Muslim University was truly a lawyer's hub with well-qualified teaching staff and an elaborate semester system. It provided everything needed for academics as well as for competitive exams, though self-study was undoubtedly a must. The course length was 2 years, and the prospectus was very acceptable. The subjects were solid in the initial three semesters. There were 5 compulsory subjects, and in the last semester, there were two subject choices.

Sweet summarized content about DRBAU.

Placements: Some pharmaceutical and biotech industries were actively involved in the hiring process for our courses. Companies like GlaxoSmithKline, Syngene International and Shantha Biotechnics took part in the drives, with the highest package offered being 14.3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college management was so surprising, especially in the canteen area. The canteen zone was peaceful, with thousands of seats where we could eat and relax without interruptions. The administration of the college was mainly handled by the principal/dean while others took part in decision-making.

Faculty: Faculty members had good connectivity with students and had a minimum of five years of experience. Teachers were optimistic and responsible in their duties. Teachers have normalized attitudes towards students even in the hectic period of college.

It is a resourceful organization.

Placements: In the earlier period, we were exposed to find internships on our own. Afterward, based on our performance, they decided to recommend us for internships. The placement process that occurred on our campus was worth the money we were paying. The least pay offered was 3.2 LPA.

Infrastructure: In case of any difficult situations for conducting offline classes, modern tools required for attending online classes were readily available for all staff and students to ensure successful conduct. A dress code like a uniform, was not available for our department. It was peculiar to some of the other departments.

Faculty: As there were two shifts planned for our department, teachers were usually more enthusiastic and energetic in the morning shifts to handle the class. However, in the afternoon shifts, they lost energy, and the sessions were not interactive. So, I recommended choosing morning shifts rather than the afternoon.

It has a dynamic environment for this course.

Placements: There is scope for getting placements in various fields of searching such as pharmaceuticals, food technology, and so on. The packages offered by the recruiters were higher which were above 6 LPA. But top performers and above average had guaranteed placements.

Infrastructure: Standardized laboratories were handled by professional lectures. Equipment was brought under the assistance of professional guides. Also, every setup was arranged for reservation and other process. It's mandatory to follow lab uniforms within laboratories.

Faculty: Courses and contents were updated by our teachers based on the syllabus provided by this university. Slightly they charge higher fee for buying books. But experienced lecturers take part in handling the research and practical sessions. But teachers were very much strict.

Placements: There are no placements available for this course, but internships are available. However, only 10–12% of students are selected for internships. Most students take admission in B.Ed. for a teaching career or other government exams for future endeavors.

Infrastructure: The facilities at this college are top-notch. The infrastructure is very good, with new and modern technological aids. The college, hostel, and mess facilities are excellent, with proper medical facilities and extracurricular and recreational activities. There's so much fun to be had at this college.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They were friendly and easily approachable. The curriculum was relevant and helped me grow professionally by providing a framework of concepts. The semesters were moderate in difficulty. The passing percentage was 80%, and the exams were good.

Other: I did my master's degree in Zoology because I want to become a subject expert in that field. Zoology is related to life science, which makes it even more interesting. However, I think the course could be improved by dividing it into segments on human biology and animal biology, according to student interests. Also, the college should have more events and extracurricular activities throughout the year.
