The eligibility criteria for admission to Lady Hardinge Medical College for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) are:
1. 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually with a minimum of 50% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST and 45% marks for OBC Category) taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
2. Age: 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission and above.
3. Admission is based on the merit of NEET, conducted by NTA.
4. The total number of seats available for the MBBS course is 200, which includes:- Delhi University/State Quota Seats: 155 (Unreserved Seats) + 23 (SC) + 12 (ST) + 42 (OBC)- All India Quota Seats (15%): 30- Government Nominees: 15- Reserved seats for Physically Handicapped (PH) category and Candidates belonging to Children/widows and wives of Armed and Para Military Personnel (CWWAPP) category: 3% seats are reserved on a horizontal basis.

I think English would be a safer choice, as when you go further, you will face English everywhere, in the lectures, the coding and programming etc.So, I think you should opt for English.

In all cases, Security deposits/Caution Money (if any) shall be refundable after obtaining clearance from the relevant quarters, provided he/she applies for a refund of the same within a period of one year from the date of leaving the institution. The fee refund process is centralised. Therefore, the candidates should contact the University Admission Committee for queries regarding refunds.
