If you didn't have Maths or Applied Maths in your 12th class, then you can't choose it in CUET or apply for BMS or BBA at Delhi University. They clearly ask for it as a compulsory subject. Even if you try selecting it in the entrance, it won't count. One option is to take Maths later through something like NIOS and then try next year. But without having it in 12th, you won't be eligible for those courses at DU.

B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics placements at Hindu College are good, with graduates often pursuing further studies or entering diverse fields such as finance, data analysis, academia, and research. The college has a strong reputation, experienced faculty, and good infrastructure, which can enhance learning and provide networking opportunities. However, the quality of teaching varies, with only a few teachers being effective. Admission to the programme is typically based on merit, and students have multiple options available after graduation.

You are unlikely to make it into top central universities like Delhi University or BHU with a score of 459 out of 1000 in CUET UG 2025, as these universities often have a cutoff above your score. However, you may have hope to get into some mid-tier or newly established central universities, especially for less popular courses. There is also the individual university cutoffs, subjects selected and universities chosen that will determine your odds. Please check for individual university cutoff scores and participate in the counselling process. You may not get your dream college, but you will find a suitable fit as long as you are flexible.
