The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course at Delhi University are as follows:
Category-I: Candidates with at least 50% marks in aggregate in Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities are eligible for admission to the program.
Category-II: Candidates with at least 55% marks in aggregate in Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology and specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to the program.
Additionally, the candidate will have to choose one subject category and only one teaching subject from Table 1, which she/he must have studied in the qualifying degree, i.e., Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree for at least 200 marks or at least 12 credits (as per UGC guidelines related to CBCS courses) in Core Course and Elective Courses and obtained at least 50% marks in this subject.
Only those candidates who fulfill Program Specific Eligibility and have appeared in the respective CUET paper will be considered eligible.
