To get admission to M.Sc. in Environmental Studies at Delhi University, candidates must have an undergraduate degree with 55% marks from University of Delhi or any other university/institution, and must have studied at least one of these subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Maths) at 10+2 level. Alternatively, candidates with a B.Tech./B.E. degree from any University/Institution recognised by UGC/AICTEE are also eligible. Admissions are made through an All India level entrance examination. The entrance test will be in English language and will have 100 questions, each carrying four marks, with negative marking for incorrect answers. The duration of the entrance examination will be two hours. The selection will be based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination. The total number of seats offered for M.Sc. in Environmental Studies is 39, with a category-wise distribution of 16 for UR, 6 for SC, 3 for ST, 11 for OBC, and 3 for EWS. The fee for the course is 2881 for UR, 2425 for SC, 2425 for ST, 2881 for OBC, and 2881 for EWS.
