Yes, Delhi School of Journalism (DSJ), DU, is generally more expensive than Dayanand Dayal University (DDU) GKP for their journalism programs. Here's a breakdown:DSJ, DU:Fees: The annual tuition fee for the M.J. (Master of Journalism) programme at DSJ, DU, can range from ?50,000 to ?70,000 (approximately $620 to $860 USD). Additional hostel and living expenses would add to the cost.DDU GKP:Fees: The annual tuition fee for journalism programs (B.A. and M.A.) at DDU GKP is significantly lower, ranging from ?15,000 to ?25,000 (approximately $185 to $310 USD). Living expenses in GKP might also be more affordable compared to Delhi.Additional factors:Scholarships: Both universities offer scholarships for deserving students. However, DSJ might have more scholarship opportunities due to its affiliation with a renowned university like DU.Living expenses: Consider the difference in living costs between Delhi and Gorkhpur. Delhi generally has a higher cost of living.Overall:While DDU GKP offers a more budget-friendly option, the choice ultimately depends on your priorities and financial situation. Consider both the cost difference and the potential benefits of each program, such as:DSJ, DU: Highly reputed programme with strong industry connections, located in the heart of India's media capital, Delhi.DDU GKP: More affordable option with smaller class sizes and a focus on theoretical foundations.Researching each programme thoroughly and comparing programme structure, faculty, placements, and alumni network can help you make an informed decision based on your specific needs and aspirations.
