Review of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University.

Placements: Placements are average in this college. There are no top companies that visit our college for recruitment. HCL visit our campus but it offered low-profile jobs. The average salary offered is around Rs.15,000 per month. Placements need improvements in this college, and they are working on it. Our college has good placements. Around 50% of students are placed in our course. Every student got an internship in different primary schools. Students get government and private teacher jobs. There are 40 students in this college. I got placed in a music academy as a general manager, and a few students got placed in a school as a teacher. Many students are placed in a very reputed school as vice principal, headteacher in a government school, and police service.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good and clean. Classrooms are spacious for students. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. We have chemistry, physics, and other subject laboratories. We have a big library with all subject-related books. The playground is also huge in this college. Classrooms are good and clean. The library is great. Medical facilities are very good. Every year, our college organises games like, football, volleyball, cricket, etc. The food served in the canteen is great. Our campus has many students.

Faculty: Some teachers are good at teaching, but some are coming for time-pass. Examinations are conducted very well in this college. Monthly tests are conducted by our class teachers. Semester exams are conducted by this university. The pass percentage is 99%. Every teacher gives 100% to every student for better learning. Teachers are very knowledgeable and provide a great experience. Their teaching quality is very good. Our course ideology is based upon the concepts of giving education simply and easily to students with the help of technology and conceptual techniques. For M.A. education, it is required that candidate should complete in a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of duration. The period can vary as per the different institution policies and syllabi. There are various job opportunities after the successful completion of the course. The admission process for M.A. education varies across institutions. An undergraduate degree gives a candidate knowledge of a certain subject. M.A. education teaches candidates how to impose that knowledge. Candidates who will be pursuing this degree will have the opportunity to teach in a live class setting under the supervision of experienced teachers.
