You can get all of them at this rank only the difference will be in branches. Choose wisely in your field of interest.

I don't know much about NDIM but as it is a private college definitely DTU is better when it will come to show on a CV.

You can get low-level NIT in the CSAB round (outside Delhi). But it's a hard call very few chances.

Yes, you can use it but you might want an additional affidavit signed by SDM as well, affidavit available in JAC Delhi 2020 brochure.
