First of all, I shall let you know that the number of opportunities that you will have open in front of you after doing computer Science engineering is a lot more than the number of opportunities you will have after completing an undergraduate programme in electronics and communication engineering. BITS-Pilani has a lot better international recognition in comparison to Delhi Technical University and which is the reason why you will have an advantage if by any chance you want to pursue your Masters from overseas. Also, the faculty at BITS-Pilani is a lot more supportive than DTU.
