Fakir Mohan University offers a two-year full-time MBA programme through the Department of Business Management. The university offers MBA dual specialisation in the below areas:

Fakir Mohan University offers admission to PG and PhD courses based on entrance-exam scores. The university shortlists candidates for MBA and MCA courses based on OJEE scores. For all other PG programme, admission is based on CPET. The selection to BA LLB is based on the merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam.

• For admission to the M.Com program, students must pass B.Com with 45% marks in aggregate. Admission is based on CPET and DHE. 

According to FMU, students are usually selected for admission through merit in the qualifying examination.
