College is good, but not the best, as it is not in a crowded area. Teachers are good.

Placements: My percentage is 6 CGPA. Many companies hire students from our college, like Tech Mahindra, Wipro, TCS, and HBL. It offers the best packages. The highest package offered ranges from 10-50 LPA. The college trains students. It offers internships, which is good for education.

Infrastructure: It has the best lab, which I have seen in college. There is no good Wi-Fi. The library is good and luxurious. Galgotia University has a good cafeteria, and all types of healthy food are available. The mess is good for freshers, and it is very hygienic.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and kind. They support the all time and explain well, which is good for students. There are a bit hard exams. There should be very high learning. My 2 semesters are finished.

Other: I chose B.Sc in Biotechnology because it has very high future growth all over the world. The campus life is good. It organsies concerts and fests.

All pros and cons of Galgotais university.

Placements: About 90% of eligible students get an average placement of about 6-7 LPA. The highest package for the 2027 batch is at 60 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Capgemini, HCL, Microsoft, and Apple hire students from Galgotias University. Virtual internships are provided to every student in B.Tech. As for walk-in internships, there are always some kind of programs going on on campus which can lead to internships, and in many cases, PPO.

Infrastructure: The biggest positive, in my opinion, about the new AI and Data Science building is digital classrooms with full campus Wi-Fi coverage. There is also a huge variety of labs, like the fabrication lab, drone lab, and electrical circuits lab. Recently, we also got an NVIDIA supercomputer, which allows students to get exposure to technology we never could on our own. The food at the canteen and mess is hygienic and edible. It's not restaurant quality, but it's not incredible, either. There are multiple 24/7 first aid facilities on campus. There is a basic gym in the hostel premises, as well as multiple game courts, such as badminton.

Faculty: Most teachers at Galgotias University are appropriately qualified. There are some outliers, but most of them are helpful. The new hands-on, active learning curriculum is based on industry requirements, so it's great to have. Semester examinations are above average in terms of difficulty, but scoring high can also lead to a small scholarship from the college. The pass percentage for practical and theory combined is at 40%.

Other: Galgotias University has a huge and very active student body named Galgotias Student Council, which contains more than 30 clubs from all fields, like tech, cultural, gaming, designing, etc. This gives exposure to different skills for students. Galgotias University also hosts the biggest fest in the north, known as Unifest, which is a 3-day fest where the first day is tech-oriented and the other two are cultural, with awesome artists like Raftaar, Darshan Raval, and the Suliman Brothers having performed.

Absolutely amazing campus life. I will recommend everyto one take admission here.

Placements: Almost 75 percent of students got placed in B.Tech. Based on their performance, they get their packages. The highest package is around 1 crore per annum and the lowest is 3 LPA. The average package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Cisco, Samsung, and Mahindra. Around 80 percent of students got internships from my course in companies like Microsoft and Google. Top roles offered are Software Developer, Web Developer, and Game Developer.

Infrastructure: All classes and labs are fully air-conditioned. All classes are active learning spaces in which students interact with each other about the subject in the group, and activities are assigned in every lecture. The library is well-maintained and provides the best facility. The quality of food is also very good. Varieties of food are available in the mess and canteen. There is a separate dedicated ground for each sport like cricket, football, volleyball, etc.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive. They are available whenever we want their help. Teachers are very qualified as most of the teachers are IITians. Course curriculum is also relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. The difficulty level of passing the semester exam is moderate. The pass percentage is around 80 percent.

Placements: I am a B.Tech CSE student from the 2023-2027 batch. The highest package is around 20 LPA-25 LPA and the average is around 6 LPA-7 LPA. Recruiting companies are Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and more. The roles offered are also from a wide range of fields like ML, data analyst, software development, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is excellent, and students can access it easily. The university has recently installed NVIDIA GPU systems just to skill students in AIML and students are building great things with it. The university also offers students a wide variety of sports and games for those who are interested.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and really helpful, and they never step back from helping us. The course is also being updated as per industry standards to make the students industry-ready. The exams are not very difficult, not very easy. If a student studies, he can easily pass the exam.

Infrastructure: All the classrooms have AC and Wi-Fi. The university has many labs that will enhance your practical knowledge. It has Drone lab, Nvidia Lab, and many more labs. The quality of the university hostel is very good compared to other hostels. It provides security to the students, quality food, a gym, indoor/outdoor games, and a library.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and cooperative. They provide you with all the things related to your subject whenever you need. Faculty members in Galgotias University are very qualified most of whom are from IIT. If you follow the faculty and university guidelines then it will surely make you industry-ready. End-semester exams are not very difficult for those who study regularly. The passing percentage is 33 percent.

Good infrastructure, average placements, and your result depends on how seriously you work.

Placements: I am a third-year B.Tech CSE student and placements are still going on for my batch. Based on seniors' data around 70 to 80 percent of students got placed if they stay consistent with skills and preparation. The highest package goes around 30 to 40 LPA while the average is about 4 LPA to 6 LPA and the lowest is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Josh Technology Group, Infosys, Fidelity Investment, HCLTech, JPMorgan Chase, and Microsoft along with many others. Internship opportunities are decent but many students still apply off-campus. Common roles offered are software developer, analyst, and support roles.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Galgotias University is good with modern G-Scale classrooms where teachers interact directly using smart screens. Labs are well-equipped including 3D printing, NVIDIA, and stock market labs. The library is one of the best I have seen. Hostel facilities are decent with Wi-Fi security and cleaning. Food is average and sometimes repetitive. Medical and sports facilities are also available.

Faculty: Faculty at Galgotias University are generally helpful and qualified. In classrooms many teachers are quite interactive and explain topics in detail which makes concepts easier to understand though it still depends on the teacher. The curriculum is somewhat relevant but not fully industry-ready so students have to work on coding projects and internships on their own. Exams are not very difficult if you study regularly and most students pass with basic preparation.

Other: Galgotias University provides good infrastructure exposure and opportunities but the overall value depends on how much effort a student puts in. If you actively work on projects, internships and take part in clubs then it is worth it otherwise relying only on college is not enough. Campus life at Galgotias University is active with regular events, fests, and club activities. The campus is in Greater Noida so connectivity is good and easily accessible.
