In the past, four rounds of counselling was conducted followed by two physical spot counselling for admission to the UG programmes. In 2023, GJUST BPharm cutoff was 93 for the General-All India category.

For admission to the GJUST BPharm course, aspirant should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics from the Board of School Education, Haryana, or another recognised board/university. The aspirants with a valid qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India equivalent to any of the above examinations are also eligible for admission. Students should have the educational certificates (original/copies). These documents are required by the university for verification purposes.

The GJUST BSc eligibility criteria for some courses is mentioned in the table below:CourseEligibility CriteriaIntegrated BSc (Physical Sciences) + MSc MathematicsClass 12 pass with a minimum of 60% aggregate (57% for SC candidates of Haryana) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects taken together from a recognised boardBSc NursingThe age limit is 17 years as on Dec 31 and the maximum age limit is 35 years. Candidate should have passed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together. Additionally, applicant must have pass marks in English. Candidate should be medically fit. Additionally, the authorities can also guide the payer better regarding the mode of payment. In the online mode, the fee payment shall be accepted through credit card/debit card/net banking. At the time of admission, some amount of fees has to be paid. However, later on the fee payment shall be accepted semesterly/annually.
