The counselling rounds depends upon the number of applicants, seat availability, and more. GJUST conducts counselling rounds for BPharm until all the seats are filled. In the past, four rounds of counselling was conducted followed by two physical spot counselling for admission to the UG programmes. In 2023, GJUST BPharm cutoff was 93 for the General-All India category.

GJUST BSc course admission is both merit and entrance-based, depending upon the specialisation chosen by the candidate. For the BSc B.Ed programme, NCET scores are accepted for selection. For admission to the GJUST BPharm course, aspirant should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics from the Board of School Education, Haryana, or another recognised board/university. The aspirants with a valid qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India equivalent to any of the above examinations are also eligible for admission. Students should have the educational certificates (original/copies). These documents are required by the university for verification purposes.

Additionally, the authorities can also guide the payer better regarding the mode of payment. In the online mode, the fee payment shall be accepted through credit card/debit card/net banking. At the time of admission, some amount of fees has to be paid. However, later on the fee payment shall be accepted semesterly/annually.
