Experience of BCA in GLS University.
Placements: The last passed-out batch did not get placed because not even a single company came to campus for recruitment. Even though the college claims that placements and packages are high, I never met someone who got placed on the basis of BCA. Students of MCA got placed for sure but the package wasn't good. It was about Rs. 1,000 per month in hand.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't have a proper hostel but they collaborated with many PGs around. The current collaboration is with hostels. It is pretty good. They host many socializing events. The food is amazing and top-notch quality. They also offer a shuttle service from PG to college and vice versa.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are really helpful and easy to approach. You can contact them anytime during college hours. They won't deny helping you. It can be anything like assignments, exams, practicals, or even some outside college events such as hackathons or competitive-based events.
Other: This course has everything. They teach all popular coding languages such as C, C+, Python, Java, PHP, and web design along with basic essential subjects such as communication. Apart from academics, there are many opportunities where we can learn. Seminars are conducted every week on trending topics such as blockchain and AI.

Placements: Students get up to 60% marks for admission in the BCA course. The highest package of placement was 10 LPA, and the lowest package was 2.4 LPA. Students must have up to 8 CGPA for internships and must also have knowledge about all the technical skills they describe in their resume.
Infrastructure: Yes, the college has all the facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, library, and classrooms. The college has big classrooms for each division. The college has a separate library for different courses. The college has 2 canteens, a gym, and also a big classic auditorium for drama, dance, etc.
Faculty: All the faculty members of the college support students for any kind of thing. If you have a doubt, then any faculty will help you, no matter if they teach you or not. The college teaches us to solve real problems, not just for marks. They say marks are important, but knowledge is more important. Therefore, they give extra knowledge and also organize industrial visits to companies.
Other: I chose this course because I love computers and the cyber world. In the future, I want to work as a software architect; therefore, I chose BCA for computer applications. I don't know why, but some theory subjects are not very useful. Some subjects are only for knowledge purposes; they are not important for real life or in programming. I think they should be removed from the course and replaced with some programming languages. The college celebrates events. The campus has a low-medium crowd on regular days, but during exams, you see a lot of people. The college doesn't give scholarships (maybe).

Placements: In my course, BCA with dual specialization, there are maybe 60% placements, and my senior friends told me their average package is 2.5 lacs and the highest is 10–12 lacs. Most every student gets a chance to do an internship and have some real experience working and programming. This is a very nice way to increase our skills and performance.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is so nice; I was stunned after seeing my own classroom and campus. But there is a little problem that GLS University doesn't have hostel facilities but this is quite okay because there are various paying guests near this college. Out of this, the college canteen facility and computer labs are amazing; they are built with modern materials and there is also a gym for students and outsiders.
Faculty: The faculty of this college has wonderful knowledge and experience; they are highly educated people and most friendly to students, which is so nice to communicate with them and their teaching style is the best way to learn so fast. They also give students extraordinary work to gain more knowledge and experience.
Other: My review of this college is honest; I really do care for people's money. I invested in this college after thinking a lot but it was totally worth it. My friends also studied there and they had the same experience as me. The events and festivals of this college are superb; they are always entertaining and I learn so much from such a great college!
