Gujarat University admission to certificate courses is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates need to complete Class 12 for admission to certificate courses. For some of the certificate programmes, working professionals are also eligible. Aspirants must check the official website for course-wise eligibility requirement. Aspirants need to apply online for the certificate course of their choice after which a selection list is released with the names of shortlisted candidates. Selected aspirants can pay the course fee to confirm their seat.
The university offers over 700 courses at UG, PG, PhD, certificate and Diploma levels. Additionally, nearly 709 courses are offered in a full-time mode and six courses in part-time (Classroom) mode. The courses are offered in over 12 streams, including Engineering, Science, Teaching & Education, Law, Design, Aviation, etc. Some of the popular courses include MBA, BJMC, BSc, BBA, LLB, MBA, BDes, PhD, etc.
CMAT 2025 was on January 25, 2025, almost four months ahead of previous years. The CMAT exam is usually held in March-April, but in 2023 and 2024, it was held in May. The last time CMAT was held in January was in 2019.
The NTA announced registration dates via an official circular, which was released online on the NTA website on November 14, 2024. The CMAT 2025 exam schedule includes registration window open and close dates and form correction dates. CMAT 2025 registration has started, and the last date to apply was December 13, 2024, and the admit card was released on January 20, 2025.

Gujarat University admission to LLB course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates who have completed graduation with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for Gujarat University LLB programme. The university will release a merit list announcing the names of the shortlisted aspirants. The selected candidates have to bring documents for verification. Aspirants need to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.
No, the Gujrat University does not offer direct admission for many mainstreams programmes. Candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for each course to get admission. For some courses, such as MBA and PhD, candidates may require to qualify for entrance exams. Gujarat University admission to LLM course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Besides, aandidates need to pass qualifying exam at the first attempt with at least 50% aggregate in the final year examination or exam of last two semesters of the degree of Bachelor of Law (Three years’ or Five Years Integrated LLB Programme) of Gujarat University or other Universities recognised and approved by the UGC to apply for LLM.

The final answer key was released on February 14, 2025 The NTA does not announce the CMAT result date beforehand but releases the scorecard within a month of the exam date.
