Good infrastructure, supportive faculty, and decent placement opportunities.

Placements: Around 70-80 percent of students in our batch got placed through campus placement. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA-12 LPA, the lowest package is around 2.5 LPA-3 LPA, and the average package is 2.5 LPA-3 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Wipro, and Infosys.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. College provides all the basic facilities required for students. Classrooms are spacious and well-maintained. The library has a good collection of books and study materials. Wi-Fi and computer labs are available for academic use.

Faculty: The faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable with academic doubts whenever needed. The curriculum is relevant and covers important topics related to the industry. The teaching quality is good with a proper balance of theoretical and practical learning.

Other: I chose this course because it offers good career opportunities.

The best college for a degree.

Placements: I have been selected by 2 companies. In placements, students also get TNS India training for jobs and placement interviews for 3 months. 90% of students do their internship in top companies, such as ITC, HDFC Bank, and many more CA companies.

Infrastructure: B.Com classrooms are neat and ICT-enabled with smart projectors for visual learning. Hostels and PGs in Banashankari are safe, hygienic, and very peaceful.

Faculty: Faculty members are the best. Lecturers are very supportive. They provide all subject notes and important materials for exams. The pass percentage of the degree in this college is 100%. Everyone passes with the help and support of the lecturers.

Other: I like B.Com for finance. Events and fests are the best thing in this college. It is one of the best colleges for a degree in Bangalore with a good education system and supportive lecturers.

All about my college life and experience.

Placements: 5 percent of students got placed from my course. The minimum package offered was 5 LPA. I don't know much about the companies that recruited. 100 percent of students got internships from my course. The top roles offered were teaching staff. All the things about the college were too good.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure were good. Classrooms were clean. They also provided library and labs for students and arranged functions and held a sports week which was full of entertainment and they also provided canteen for students.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. They provided good education and were too supportive of every student. The course curriculum was also relevant. The semester exams were difficult, and the pass percentage was 99 percent. I enjoyed my college life.

Other: I chose this course to grow and learn the best to become a professor. The best thing about the course was that we learned everything fluently. I don't think there should be anything that could be better or improved in the course. Our college provided us with a good campus. The scholarships were provided. There were good events and fests so we can be entertained and study too.

You don't have to think about placement in this course. Syllabus is not as vast as MSc Physics.

Placements: In the whole North East only 10 seats are available in Guwahati University for this course. In this course a 1-year internship is mandatory after completion of 2 years of Master's. A minimum stipend of Rs. 25,000 is given to all students without any exam or interview.

Infrastructure: Hostels are on the campus. You can use two-wheelers to go to classes. Hostels are quite good. Mess is run by the students. The environment of Guwahati University is very comfortable and relaxing for studying. All the classrooms have AC and Wi-Fi facilities but in the library there is no AC.

Faculty: In this course we have classes in both Guwahati University and B. Borooah Cancer Institute. Classes are regular. You don't get Saturday off in this course. Also all the exams are held in B. Barooah Cancer Institute except the sessional. In the last semester all the classes and practicals were in the cancer institute.

Other: This course is not a traditional course. So you will not get any relation in the semester fee which is Rs. 30,000.

Totally dissatisfied with the experience.

Placements: Hi everyone, I am Diptanshu Sarkar, Graduated from K.C. Das Commerce College, Guwahati, Assam. About my college placement, I would say it is not that good, though it is a reputed college in Guwahati. The top recruiters are private banks like HDFC, and overall, the placement percentage is not that good.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are big enough, seats are available for at least 120 students per class, there is a Wi-Fi facility, but it is not good, to be honest. The library is good, almost every course-related book is available, and you can get it for free by using a card. Our college does not provide a hostel, so you have to find a PG, which is available near campus. The canteen is average, and the sports faculty is very poor.

Faculty: Some teachers are really helpful and helped me every time in my B.Com journey, and some of them are quite strict but taught classes properly. Teachers are well-qualified and have proper experience. The quality of teaching is average, and to be honest, it does not make the students job-ready. The semester exams are of an easy to moderate level, and the pass percentage is approximately 85%.

Good infrastructure with the responsibility of professors really helps students for a better future.

Placements: There were many alumni who were in very reputable industries and organisations. College did not offer direct recruitment. But there were many alumni who took their jobs from off-campus. Pub-Kamrup College was totally for degree and higher secondary courses.

Infrastructure: The college building and the campus life were too good, and the nature of the campus was totally beautiful, with facilities like a girls' hostel on campus itself, with fast Wi-Fi. There was also practical room for the Science stream. A large library for all students was also available.

Faculty: All faculties were responsible for their students. Their guidance really helped the pupils with their future. Semester exams were fully covered with the relevant syllabus, which helped students to be realistic with the real world and made them ready for their future.

Other: Pub-Kamrup College was very beautiful and good for the degree courses like B.Sc., B.A. or B.Com. There were also higher secondary levels with arts, science, and commerce. The college also added a new course, such as biotechnology, which was future-oriented.
