You don't have to think about placement in this course. Syllabus is not as vast as MSc Physics.

Infrastructure: Hostels are on the campus. You can use two-wheelers to go to classes. Hostels are quite good. Mess is run by the students. The environment of Guwahati University is very comfortable and relaxing for studying. All the classrooms have AC and Wi-Fi facilities but in the library there is no AC.

Totally dissatisfied with the experience.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are big enough, seats are available for at least 120 students per class, there is a Wi-Fi facility, but it is not good, to be honest. The library is good, almost every course-related book is available, and you can get it for free by using a card. Our college does not provide a hostel, so you have to find a PG, which is available near campus. The canteen is average, and the sports faculty is very poor.

Good infrastructure with the responsibility of professors really helps students for a better future.

Infrastructure: The college building and the campus life were too good, and the nature of the campus was totally beautiful, with facilities like a girls' hostel on campus itself, with fast Wi-Fi. There was also practical room for the Science stream. A large library for all students was also available.

Absolutely disappointed.

Infrastructure: They take fees for construction. The toilets are in very bad condition. We have a small room attached to the bathroom. The whole room smells like urine. There is nowhere to sit. They call it a common room. Even the furniture is made of wood. There is no hostel facility. They probably took the money for themselves like last time.

Our college has some demerits, such as no student union and limited sports activities.

Infrastructure: The hostel rooms are clean compared to other institutes, and there is no ragging. Most seniors are friendly. Wi-Fi is available, labs are well-maintained, and classrooms are clean. The library is also spacious enough for around 150 students at a time.

I'm totally disappointed.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in college, and the network is very poor in classrooms. The hostel is very far from the college. I would not recommend anyone to take admission in a hostel. They are forced to eat food, and the menu set by the authority is very bad and repetitive.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty, computer labs, no placements, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very poor in my course, particularly. The computer lab's condition is very poor, and the computers are so old that they don't even work properly. Ironically, in the department that is computer-centric, the computers don't work. Canteen food is okay, but not that good either. No medical facility at all. For sports, we also don't have much space on the campus. One ground is there, but it is mostly used for parking. No specific area to play all the sports and games.

It has an average infrastructure with a decent placement scenario.

Infrastructure: Basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, old labs, and properly lit classrooms are available. There is no proper and highly functional library. The new library is under construction. Sports facilities are poor as of now, but new facilities such as an indoor badminton stadium are to be opened soon. Big playgrounds for football are available. A proper canteen is available. There are fair enough hostel rooms.

Average hostel life and below-average mess food in 1st year hostels.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure 1st year hostels is good but hostel 7's infrastructure is not impressive. It's an old-fashioned building but compared to the hostel, the mess staff and warden in hostel 7 are ahead and you have a pretty chill environment in 1st year. You've only 1 girls' hostel which is near the main building.

The practical choice for accounting: Good placements but needs better engagement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is pretty good compared to other colleges with well-organised classrooms and Wi-Fi facilities. There is a well-organised library with a full stock of knowledge regarding every field in this stream. There is no hostel facility but there is a decent canteen for students to get beverages. The medical facilities are also good. I believe there is a lot of development needed in the college campus design and the canteen infrastructure along with regular sports and game...

Infrastructure: We have almost all the facilities in our college, including the gym (temporarily closed though for an uncertain period of time), library ( Men at work), computer lab, machine lab, embedded systems lab, and all other department labs. We also have a park and a canteen. Recently, in 2026, our canteen has been under Fat Belly, due to which the food quality is very good.

You will never regret taking admission here.

Infrastructure: College Wi-Fi is available. Labs are well developed, but some lab equipment is old. Most classrooms have AC and a good environment. All the needed books are available in the library, but they are limited, so not everyone can get them. Hostels are well-architected with Wi-Fi facilities. Mess food is good in most hostels. Sports equipment is also provided by the superintendent. There are at least 2 playgrounds in every hostel.
