For the DM in Cardiology course, the cutoff for the General AI category ranged from 1420 to 2322, as per the first and last round closing cutoff ranks. No, candidates do not require passing an entrance exam for admission to BTech (lateral entry) at Himachal Pradesh University. Admission to BTech (LE) courses is based on merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam. Candidates need to complete a three-year Diploma preferably in the same branch (IT/CSE/CE/EE/ECE) with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) ), preferably from Himachal Pradesh State Board of Technical Education or equivalent to get admission in BTech (LE) programme.
