Placements at IDC IIT BOMBAY In Bachelor in Design are quite nice. They provide you with an internship but it depends on one's skills. Almost 80-90% of students have got the placements. The placements are awesome. The average package offered is INR 19.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are good and famous enough. The placement record of the college is 95% and the highest package offered by the college was 36.9 LPA, while the lowest is INR 15 LPA.

No, one can not join IDC IIT Bombay without qualifying UCEED for B.Des. The eligibility criteria for getting admission into the college is that one should have passed the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent ) from the recognised Board/Examination.
