Selection for the MBA programme is based on the scores obtained by the candidate in either CMAT (conducted by AICTE) or the score obtained by the candidate in the IUST MAT admission test conducted by IUST in collaboration with AIMA.

A weightage of 60% is given to the CMAT/IUST MAT score, and the remaining 40% weightage is given to Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

Yes, a full-time MBA is available at Islamic University of Science and Technology. It is a two-year programme offered at the PG level. IUST Awantipora Diploma admission is granted to applicants who fulfil the eligibility and selection criteria specified by the university. To be eligible for admission, applicants must have completed Class 10/Class 12 (for Lateral Entry) with the required minimum aggregate. Hence, it can be said that the candidates who have appeared or are appearing for the Class 10/Class 12 exam in the current year can apply for admission.
