My honest review of this university.
Placements: Companies came to our campus like Canon, Capital First, Career Net Credance, Infotech, Cafe Coffee Day, Copalamb, Cropin. Co., DCB Bank, Decathlon, Air Deccan, Deloitte, Ecosys. Net Edelweiss Finance, Eureka, Enigma, EY, Etmar Labs, FedEx, Flourish Pure Foods, Future Group, Future First, Gapbridge Software, GT shared services, Gympik, head out, ICICI Securities, Idea Cellular, Gate, India Bulls, Homeloans, Indusind, etc. College ensures that our students are well prepared to step into this volatile corporate world and occupy positions of stature.
Infrastructure: The hostel is pretty good, and the college campus is great. The transport problem is not a big problem. Nearby college there are so many shops for food and stuff. All facilities are good, which are provided by the college. The total fee is 1.5 lakhs per year.
Faculty: Faculty members here are the best, and they can be found among other colleges. They all are very supportive and understanding. In short, at least in other than the top-notch colleges we are not going to get faculty members who will take care of our needs a lot. They help us even out of the campus as well, which is a good and positive point for students. The course curriculum of all full-time MBA students of this college includes training from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. The course is great. We have internal exams as well as class tests and assignments, then we have a one-month gap to study for the final exams. The exam structure is user-friendly provides us time enough to prepare.

Faculty is so great here.
Placements: The placement cell provides 100% assistance; they guide the graduation students, and around 70% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 12 LPA, and the average was around 5 LPA. Internships were also provided with a stipend of around Rs. 15K per month.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility of CMS Business School is pretty good. It's well managed and organized, which is a good mess facility. Rooms are double-sharing with sufficient space and good interior like cupboard or study table. Other facility are also available like purified water, Wi-Fi enabled, washing machines, 24-hour open mess, etc. Since in hostel there are mix of students who come from different state and cultures. Hostel management gives an open choice for a variety of cuisine.
Faculty: The course structure of our college was designed in such a way that students get full exposure to industries or companies. They offer various specialized areas and I opted for marketing, and we studied stuff like digital marketing, global marketing, etc.

With just some changes, it would be best university in India.
Placements: No need to worry about placement; just be ready for interview before final year You will have dozens of opportunities. Just to complete one task, clear all subjects with a 6.5 pointer; this is most companies eligibility criteria. In first year, you will get internship opportunity (at least 2) infiniti research, evolved back and many startups hire as HR intern. Big firms like Flipkart, Disney Hotstar, Jio, Tata, and Yazaki hire us as a human resources executive college with 100% placement every year. The average package is 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: Jain University has an awesome environment and modern facilities but language barriers are the main problem. Locals only understand Kannada. Many local students dominate college like rowdy things. The college has Wi-Fi in every section. We have 3 libraries on campus; all are best but capacity-wise, library 1 is the biggest. The college has hostels for girls and boys. The hostel is looking like a 4-star hotel. Mess only provides pure vegetarian food but rent is too, like nearly 2 lacs, and a gym and pool facility are also provided. The college has a separate canteen and cafeteria.
Faculty: Teachers mainly focus on studies and less on extracurricular activities; they need to start being more practical because theory lectures are boring and hard to understand. The semester is for 4 months. In the first month, we have a first-class test and after the second-class exam, we have midterm exams. Finally, from the college side, they conduct the term-end exam, which is most important. Of course, having all HR concepts in place for two years is ideal.

Review of Jain Deemed-to-be University.
Placements: The university has a lot of corporate houses that need finance students every year. Banks take a major chunk of students, as nearly half are placed in banks. ICICI and BOB hire most students. The average salary offered is 5–6 lacs per annum; the lowest is 3 lacs per annum. Yes, colleges offer internships, but most of the time they are useless free project internships, as they just want workers they hire by tagging the name of the intern.
Infrastructure: Here you would not get a big campus like other university. You would not get outdoor sports ground. Sometimes Wi-Fi is not working, browsing speed is very less and there is no proper network in classrooms. College is good in terms of library they have bunch of books arranged in shelves. You can issue and take it home but you need to return or renew it within 15 days. College hostels are so expensive and it is always from campus that we need to travel by college bus. College food is not good. In the south and north, both foods are available but the taste is very bad. College management avoids sports events.
Faculty: Experienced core and advanced knowledge faculty. Most of them have been with the university for a long time, producing brilliant talents; most are IIM Masters graduates. Finance is always in demand in countries like India, which is a faster-growing country with enough opportunities for finance graduates. The course is well prepared; new subjects like financial analysis and liquidity are trending nowadays. Exams are fully application-based; we need to be open-minded and not follow book methodology. Syllabus structure: no one is able to heat up in the exam because all questions are application-based .
Other: Important tip: college is full of favoritism and has a toxic environment so be prepared .

Q:   Does Jain University offer direct admissions?
2thumbs up
A:

Yes, Jain (Deemed-to-be-University) offers direct (lateral) admission to Engineering courses. The university's direct admission is based on the marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying examination. Admission to Lateral Entry is done entirely merit-based. There is no entrance exam required for the selection of candidates. Admissions are done based on the merit of candidates in the previous qualifying exam. In BTech Lateral Entry course, admission is given on the valid percentage of candidates acquired in a Diploma course. Once candidates fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria and qualify the selection process, they are called for a counselling process.
